【Information about room cleaning during your stay】
Starting from the check-in date of October 1, 2024, room cleaning (cleaning of inside rooms and bathrooms, changing of sheets and bed making) will be conducted once every 3 days. Regarding towel change (bath towels, face towels, bath mats, etc.), towels will be hung on the door knob of the guest room on days when room cleaning is not conducted (2nd night, 3rd night, 5th night, 6th night...).
*We will collect used towels and garbage every day. Please put them outside the door on days when room cleaning is not conducted.
We will continue to improve our services to make your stay with us more comfortable, and we will strive to be a more environmentally friendly hotel.
Although room types for Main building and Agari-kan (Agari building) are different, the request for staying at a particular building is not accepted. Any messages or requests regarding this will not be replied to.
An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Children 4-5 years old will be charged JPY 500 for breakfast per day.
Children 6 years and over are considered as adults.
Children under 4 years old will receive breakfast free of charge.
Children under 6 years old stay for free if using existing bedding.
Infant age must be filled in special request box when accompanied by infants.
Please inform the property regarding number of children, age, meal plan, and extra bed requests in the Special Request section upon booking.
Starting 1 February 2027, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:  

【Accommodation Tax from 1 February 2027, onwards】 
For all room rates: 2% per person per night (tax amount capped at JPY 2,000) 

Additional conditions:  
Room rate is capped at JPY 100,000. 
If an accommodation tax is levied by the municipality in addition to the prefecture, it will be applied using the following tax rates: 

Prefectural tax: fixed rate of 0.8% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 800) 
Municipal tax: fixed rate of 1.2% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 1,200) 
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax. 
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.  
Applicable conditions for taxes, etc. are determined by each local government. For details, please check the official site of each local government or contact the hotel directly.  
Taxes, etc. may change or be newly introduced without notice.  
This is a strictly non-smoking property effective from July 1, 2017. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.

[Regarding the Introduction of Parking Fees]
In order to strengthen the management system and improve the maintenance of our hotel’s parking lot, we will begin charging parking fees starting Friday, January 1, 2027. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our guests and remain committed to further improving our services.
Effective Date: Friday, January 1, 2027
Applicability: Applies to new room reservations made on or after Tuesday, September 15, 2026
Fee: 1,000 yen per vehicle per night (tax included)
・Reservations confirmed by Monday, September 14, 2026, will remain free of charge as before, even if the check-in date is on or after January 1.
• Parking is not available by reservation.
• Separate fees apply for large vehicles other than passenger cars.
Notice of Breakfast Price Revision (Effective from April 1, 2026)

Due to the rising costs of ingredients and other expenses, we will be revising the adult breakfast price effective April 1, 2026.
We remain committed to providing services that will satisfy our guests even more, and we kindly ask for your understanding regarding this change.

For stays from April 1, 2026 onward
Adult: 1,870 yen (tax included) → 2,200 yen (tax included)
*There will be no changes to the prices for children and infants.
