The following are the House Rules.

We respectfully ask that all guests observe them throughout their stay.

1. This is a strictly non-smoking property.

Smoking inside the room, including on the balcony or in any other area of the property, and bringing cigarette ends into the property from outside, including those from electronic cigarettes, are strictly prohibited.

In the event of a violation, a charge of JPY 45,000 plus tax will be payable by bank transfer or another designated method to cover deodorisation, specialist property cleaning and other associated costs.

2. Please refrain from any behaviour that may cause inconvenience or disturbance to neighbours or other persons.

3. Pets are not permitted.

4. When leaving the room, please switch off all lights and electrical appliances.

5. Please separate your rubbish appropriately and dispose of it in the designated bins.

6. If any building fixtures, equipment or other items are damaged or lost, you will be charged an amount corresponding to the extent of the damage or loss.

7. Entry by anyone other than the registered guests included in the reservation is strictly prohibited.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Accommodation Rules, an additional usage fee may be charged. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

8. The use of more beds than the number of guests included in the reservation is strictly prohibited.

Each double bed is intended for use by two guests.

9. Please keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.

10. Please refrain from making excessive requests regarding facilities or demanding services beyond those ordinarily provided by the accommodation or its staff.

The property is operated appropriately within the accommodation fee paid by our guests. Should you require any particular items or provisions in anticipation of circumstances that may reasonably arise due to the weather or season, we kindly ask that you prepare such items yourself in order to ensure your own comfort and satisfaction.

『Important Notices』

※Please be particularly mindful of noise after 22:00, as it may cause considerable inconvenience to neighbouring residents.

※Loss or Damage to the Room Key

If the room key cannot be returned at check-out due to loss, damage or any other reason, a charge of JPY 80,000 plus tax will be payable.

For security reasons, the locking system must be reconfigured when a key is lost or damaged.

※Regarding Condiments

Although a minimum selection of basic items, such as cooking oil, is provided, we no longer provide individual condiments such as soy sauce or other sauces.

Guests who require these items are kindly requested to bring or purchase them themselves.

1. 禁煙室です。
（お部屋での喫煙「ベランダ等含む」及び外部からの吸い殻の持ち込み“電子タバコ含む”は消臭、宿泊施設クリーニング費用等として45,000円+TAXを振込等にてお支払い頂きます。）

2. 周りの方に迷惑となるような行為はご遠慮下さい。

3. ペット不可。

4. お部屋を出るときは、電気のスイッチをお切りください。

5. ゴミは分別し、ゴミ箱に捨てて下さい。

6. 建物の設備が壊されたり、失くされたりすると損害に応じた金額を請求します。

7. ご予約者様以外の入室は禁止です。宿泊規則１９条に基づき別途利用料が請求されることがあります。予めご了承ください

8. ご予約人数以上の、ベッドの使用は禁止とさせて頂いております。
ダブルベットの使用は２名様用です。

9. 22時以降はお静かにお過ごしください。

10. 宿泊施設及びスタッフなどへ過剰な設備要求やサービス提供要求はお控えください。　頂戴している宿泊費用の中から適切に運用しております。天候季節によって想定されうる 又は、考えられる事態に応じてお客様自らご満足頂ける物をご用意頂きますようにお願いします。

※上記のお約束が守れていない場合追加料金が発生いたしますので
ご了承の程宜しくお願い致します。
