In many respects, it's cozy. I give it two thumbs up. Restaurants and convenience stores are close by. Ski resorts are also close by. Away from town, but in a peaceful winter wonderland environment! The owners of the hotelcottage are the proprietors. They reside upstairs the main house. The proprietors of the lovely couple are incredibly friendly and cordial. Every guest they encounter inside their hotel is welcomed with good mornings and good afternoons by their 3 young boys who are well-behaved and disciplined. The restrooms and toilets are spotless. When we returned to the hotel, they checked to see if my daughter was okay. On our next ski tour, we'll most certainly stay in this hotel once more.

Every visitor to Hakuna is welcome at this place. The shuttle bus service is only 20 meters away. A variety of restaurants, stores, and a 711 store are also within walking distance. We visit here in the winter for skiing, and we would like to return here.

During our first ski vacation in Hakuna, my family and I stayed here for 7 nights. The rooms are small but very warm. The shared shower facilities were never a problem. Always clean and always very hot water! Very conveniently located to the bus shuttle to the ski resorts and many restaurants!

The staff here were so friendly, especially from the shuttle bus stop at hakuna station. They were very responsive and friendly even though we misplaced their own onset. The location is also good. I would definitely go back to stay here again!

On my snowboarding trip to Hakuna, I spent five lovely nights here. A lovely family runs the location, which is incredibly hospitable, warm, and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and a convenience store, is located meters from the bus station that takes you to all the different slopes, and is surrounded by restaurants and a convenience store. The hotel also makes food and has delicious, delicious pizza! I traveled alone, and I had a twin room for myself, which was lovely and warm, sheets, and pillows were exceptionally comfy, and the bedroom was tidy, as is the case everywhere else in the hotel. After a day on the slopes, getting in the bath was a wonderful, calming, and felt prepared for the next good day of snowboarding. The only drawback, I would add, is that there are no tea or coffee makers in the bedrooms, and myself being a huge eater, the breakfast is not very good for a westerner, apparently most of the hotels in the area, the breakfast is modest. However, despite all, a wonderful and enjoyable stay that is managed by a kind family, I will definitely go back in Hakuna the next time I visit. Thanks.
