Due to system limitations, the property is unable to assist with any changes, cancellations, or confirmations related to your reservation.
If you have any questions, please contact the customer support of your booking site directly.

The property’s reception is open until 11:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to arrive by this time to complete check-in. Arrivals after 11:00 PM cannot be accommodated, and bookings may be treated as no show.
We will do our best to accommodate requests such as high-floor rooms or placing the same group on the same floor; however, please note that we may not always be able to meet your expectations depending on availability.

Unfortunately, our facility does not have any on-site parking or affiliated parking lots. If you are arriving by car, please use the nearby public coin-operated parking spaces.
