My family stayed at Oncri for the final night, starting the hotel trip for 5 days. This place was by far the worst in terms of the hot springs and food of all the places we stayed. The service and cleanliness were both excellent. The meals were a little more complex and not so thoughtful. The main course is the sashimi and the meat dish. The shrimp was a touch overcooked and is very salty, which is a disgrace because it is so good fish. The seafood hotpot was bland. The restaurant has a little understaffed. Boxspring the spa was excellent, however, I really didn't like the strong chlorine smell on the inside and yea, I know it's needed in the inside spa where the water circulates, but the smell was really overpowering. The outside pool is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The water quality was the biggest letdown for me because it lacked the heavy mineral quality that makes your skin feel extremely slick inside and outside the water. The other places I stayed out outperformed oncri.

Overall, a great stay. Would have loved to spend more time at this hotel. As the hotel is nestled in the middle of the forests, there are some pretty lovely views out of the hotel, particularly from the floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the lobby's reception area. The Japanese-style room was minimalist but cozy. The hotel staff will lay futon bedding in the center of the room for dinner. Both indoor and outdoor public bathrooms were lovely and spacious, with comfortable water temperatures, in my opinion, warm without being too hot. We had some trouble contacting the hotel staff because most of them did not speak much English, but they were still very helpful and patient, and they did their best to assist.

It's more of a traditional Japanese hotel and spa, which caters to more locals. This means your room will be an open space with great views I might add but with very little furniture. comes with a shower and bath and separate toilet. Bedding is just thin futons inside the cost which come and set up for you in the evening. Being a western hard on the outside but soft inside when it came to the beds I wasn't a fan. I had to put three futons on top of each other to get some comfortable. Onset was great and had many different pools both inside and outside. Overall a great try once.

From 1214 onwards, my husband and I stayed there, and we were given a nice, spacious Japanese-style room. We were unable to secure the smoking room because there were no spaces available, so we sent an email request to have a non-smoking room assigned if possible. When we arrived and asked them, they told us that they understood our request, but they were apologies that they didn't have any nonsmoking rp available, and they made every effort to clear the room and spray deodorant to remove the cigarette smell. We were pleased about that, and when we checked in, the room was very clean, and there was, in fact, no cigarette smell at all! Most of the hotel guests are native Japanese, and the location had no touristy vibe whatsoever. The hotel has at least 6 large entrance pools, which are immaculately kept and enjoyable! I cherish them greatly. Also, I discovered that before I checked into this, it was like a kilometer long journey away my Gudetama soft toy was left in a different hotel before check-in, and then attempted to use the counter employees to assist them to communicate with the hotel staff from the previous hotel in order to convey it over. Luckily, we have an entrap app that lets me communicate what we required from them. Despite her limited English proficiency

The location of this hotel was far from Saraga Station, however, notice is important because pick up cars are scheduled at 14 and 15 minutes. The facilities here were quite wonderful, such as the hot spring foot bath, the hot spring bath, and the beautiful sunrise with a hot jacuzzi for massaging and healing. The breakfast and dinner were equally delicious.
