【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

Adults rates apply to guests aged 6 and over.
Microwaves, bathrobes, coffee/tea makers, and cleaning tools are not provided in the guest rooms. In addition, jacuzzi facilities are not available in the guest rooms or anywhere on the property, except for Room Minami on the THE MIDO FLOOR.
Special requests to change room type are subject to availability on the day of your stay.
In the event of a room type change, an additional fee will be charged depending on the room type.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
