room size was small in japan fashion but we made it work with 3 suitcases, room was very clean! Staff lovely and the free toiletries in the lobby were a lovely touch, location also good around 8-10 mins from the nearest station. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a perfect location between two metro stations and lines, which allowed us to explore Osaka within 2-3 stops and access the trains for other cities. Loved that even when we didn’t request room cleaning, the staff lefts a bag with fresh towels and amenities each day. The light switches for everything are next to the bed and super customizable, but to turn off the green glow at night you need to press the master switch by the front door. The onsen was very clean and super aesthetic, but it is on the smaller side. I would recommend going mid afternoon or early evening if you want more privacy! There are many food options around and they feel very homey which is awesome. Overall amazing stay!

First impressions matter. As soon as you enter the hotel you can smell the soothing scent of a spa/sauna environment. The property offers in-room spa services. The staff is very professional. The breakfast had a lot of offerings beyond what you typically see in most hotels. From açaí and pomegranate juices, to warm dishes such as noodles, tempura and even lasagna. I was also positively surprised by free offering of afternoon events, such as learning some Japan calligraphy’s, which was fun. The rooms are on the small size for North American standards, but typical for Japanese standards where square footage is far more expensive. There is an onsen on the first floor and a laundromat on the fifth floor.

Beautiful hotel, location, and comfortable. We stayed in a double room and found it spacious for two. The bathroom is a full tub so you can take a bath after walking all day. There is a spa separate for women and men but limited if you have large tattoos so I opted to take a bath in the room. They give you a skincare treatment and have a buffet of items like razors, mouthwash, etc in case you forgot anything.

館内は全体的に清潔感があり、和の雰囲気づくりも素晴らしく、落ち着いた空間で過ごせました。海外からのツーリストも非常に多く、観光需要の高いホテルという印象です。一方で、駅からはやや距離があり、周辺にコンビニや飲食店も少ないため、出張で効率よく動きたいビジネスマンには少し不便かもしれません。客室も広いタイプではなく、短期滞在向きという感じでした。また、大浴場は気持ち良かったものの、朝の営業時間が短く、9時以降は利用できない点は残念でした。観光気分を味わいたい人には合っていますが、出張利用にはやや不向きだと感じました。

The hotel is really conveniently located close to the metro, the public bath is lovely, the staff is really nice and the hotel overall was really good. Small negative: WiFi is ok on the phone but not on a laptop. There are a lot of blinking lights during the night from the light switches and fire alarm etc, so if that bothers you then bring an eye mask. A bit of dust down the side of our bed but generally the place felt clean. Probably not even worth mentioning as it’s typical in Japan, but there is no storage and you struggle to open two suitcases. Overall- would highly recommend staying here.
