Check in was fast!! The staff are all SO helpful and nice!! Breakfast is wonderful!! With more great and helpful staff there. Room was clean and loved the balcony first thing every morning. Thank you for the water for coffee and tea in the mornings before breakfast. This was very important for us. We already miss Rihga Gran Kyoto!!

Very convenient location. GREAT breakfast buffet. Unless you request room cleaning, you won’t get your daily bottled water. However, you can drink, brush your teeth, splash water to your eyes NO PROBLEM from sink in Japan anyway.

This hotel is pretty amazing. It is located five minutes walk from Kyoto train station. Despite being in a busy area, it is very quiet. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are immaculate very clean and the amenities are great. You have a fridge and you get two bottles of water every day. The breakfast is just amazing you can have cereals or fruit or smoothies or a full cooked breakfast or Japanese style breakfast if that's what you prefer. It is buffer style and you can eat as much or as little as you want. During the day there is a coffee machine you can use free of charge. There is a bar which is open long hours yes it's a little bit more expensive than usual but it is a hotel. On the floor we were on which was the fourth floor there were three washer dryer machine machines and there is one washer dryer machine on every other floor. As I have said it is well placed for Kyoto real station. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby you are spoiled for choice. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We enjoyed our day. We were here for six nights and we would happily stayed for much longer. We cannot fault anything about this hotel.

Very close to Kyoto station. Loved the entrance. Hotel staff was very accommodating. As with the other hotel we stayed at in Tokyo space is an issue. Traveling with several pieces of luggage it is a real challenge. Add in umbrellas to dry out. We managed but stubbed our toes a few times. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was excellent.

Ohhh I absolutely loved this hotel. It was so close to Kyoto station and just less than a 5 minutes walk to the station. Amenities provided were top notch and the hotel was so modern but still maintained that traditional Japanese Zen feel

酒店在機場巴士站附近，方便帶住老人家、小孩子的家庭。距離京都車站也很近，到京都附近地方玩也很方便。週邊食肆也有多選擇。看中這間酒店有大浴場同自助早餐。浴場不大，没有露天浴池，對有要求人士或未能滿足。早餐種類有待改進。另外有免費咖啡茶供應。洗衣乾衣設施非常短缺，等上半日也用不到。主要原因是洗衣乾衣也用同一部機，洗衣時間很快，只需半個小時，但乾衣時間很長，要2個小時，或更耐。以致每人用洗衣乾衣設施起碼用上2個半小時或3個小時。建議洗衣機、乾衣機分開，節省等候時間
