【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

SDGs Initiatives - Eco-friendly housekeeping measures will begin on March 1, 2026.

- The property will reduce plastic use and in-stay cleaning frequency to lower energy use, conserve water, prevent water pollution, and reduce CO₂ emissions.
- Towels are provided in the room only on the first day.
- In-room amenities are not pre-set and are available at the amenity bar for guests to take as needed.
- For stays of multiple nights, housekeeping will be provided once every three nights.
- On non-cleaning days, guests who want towel replacement should place used towels in the basket and put it outside the door with any trash by 11:00 AM.
- Fresh towels (bath towel, face towel, and bath mat) will be placed in the basket.
- To request additional cleaning outside the schedule, contact the front desk by the day before.
- Staff may enter rooms for maintenance or emergencies on non-cleaning days.
