This was an amazing find for a stop halfway on the famous bike ride . We stayed in the 4 person room which was capsule style and brand new . It was extremely comfortable with all of the necessary amenities and the shower had fantastic water pressure. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant served gorgeous food . We stayed one night ( 2 adults, 2 teenagers) but would happily have stayed longer

This location is stunning in the aesthetics. It basically doesn't work. The fact that a cafe and bar were present on the property was what motivated us to choose this location. Unfortunately, those things, even though they were active, weren't open to visitors in the evening. On our first night of Friday evening at 6. 20 am, we were informed that the restaurant was closed for the night. Despite the fact that many people were in the kitchen cooking what we later realized was a party for friends and hotel staff. The party continued to be broadcast to noise in an adjacent structure until after midnight. On the second night, the bar and restaurant were restricted as what appeared to be a chamber of commerce conference. A microphone and pa were in use until around 8. 30 a.m., making any activity in our room impossible, let alone the option to have a drink or a bite to eat. The waterfront area is excellent, and parking is available free within 100 meters. The room was lovely and new, spotless. The restrooms, too. We had four large capsule-style bedroom spaces that didn't really function as a family. It was frustrating to have to change because the bed was so cramped. I will say that my daughters 810, however, thought the room was the greatest ever. A great concept, as my title suggests, but one that failed to make our family's practical sense.

The room was wonderful, fresh, and clean. The restrooms were also excellent in all respects. The family room we rented, which consisted of four large capsule bed accommodations, didn't actually function as a family. It was unpleasant because our bed had so many windows that could not be closed. Sadly, the cafe and bar on-site were the primary factors in our decision to stay here. We were informed that the restaurant would be closed at night when we first came on Tuesday night at 6.20 am. Despite the fact that several individuals were in the kitchen making what we quickly discovered to be a party for close friends and hotel employees. It was not until after midnight that the party was interrupted by noise from an adjacent building. This location has huge potential to improve the customer experience and deliver on what is claimed. We had four large capsule-style bedrooms in the family's room, which was barely useful as a family. It was unpleasant to change from the windows because it was closed on our bed. To be honest, we ranked the room as the greatest ever. As the title suggests, a fantastic concept, but one that failed to address our family's practicality. Although the typical chain of service has been challenging due to uncertainty, none of the services are being offered, they shouldn't be promoted if they are not. The locations that offer excellent customer service are winners in a challenging environment. A significant opportunity

The location is amazing: right along the middle of the Shimanani Kaido and the island is very scenic. There is a Buddhist temple nearby that is cool to check out, if you catch it in the spring at the right time the Sakura blossoms are breathtaking. The laundry is convenient and it's a flat 500yen fee to use it, even if you do multiple loads. If you are arriving by car there's a free parking you can use. The address is in the check in instructions and it's a 2 minute walk from the actual hotel. Now to a couple nitpicks. There was a place to park my rental bicycle but I had to lock it to a stair post. It's not like there an actual bike rack. The door handles to the rooms are made of wood, which is a cool aesthetic but doesn't work as well as a door handle. It got to loose and fell out one time but I was just able to shove it back on and shove in both handles on each side of the door to tighten it up.

The staff were pleasant. The room was down a dark alley and tricky to find. In a separate building two blocks from the main accommodations. There was a septic smell which took four hours to disappear! The room was unfinished plywood, difficult to figure out the heating system. Not impressed!

地元商店街活性化の一環でおしゃれな宿を作って、地元商店街に送客して、というコンセプトはいいが、金額が見合っていない。ウェブサイトも宿泊に関する説明が全然足りないと思った。お盆の時期なのも悪かった。素泊まりで、商店街の中の隣の美容室の看板しか見えない戸建て2階で、1階は造作中で、非常にコンパクトすぎる居室。海が見えなかったら話にならない。湯船ない。それで1泊2人で約3万円。銭湯があるのは知ってたが、こちらもおしゃれ銭湯で1人1100円。朝食は1000円。夕食をみなとやで頼むならコースで7000円。弁当は800円。チェックインはメインの宿泊施設の隣で説明してくれたが、説明がシンプルで伝わりにくい。ここで楽しんでねというおもてなし感をスタッフから感じられなかった。情報をあまり持っていないし、こっちのコンセプト知って来てますよね？という感じがしました。銭湯のYubuneも同じ。おしゃれでシンプルだがスタッフは不親切。おもてなし感を感じたのは商店街の料理屋さんやコロッケ屋さん。あなご重、天ぷら、地元の冷酒が美味しかったです。
