[Accommodation Tax Notice]
An accommodation tax will be charged to all staying guests.
Please note that the accommodation tax must be paid locally at the property on the day of check-in.

[Accommodation Tax] (based on the room rate)
JPY 1–19,999 (before tax) → JPY 200 accommodation tax / per person / per night
JPY 20,000 or more (before tax) → JPY 500 accommodation tax / per person / per night

[Special Requests]
You may enter requests at the time of booking; however, please note that requests cannot be guaranteed.
In addition, we cannot change your reservation to a different room type than the one booked.
Example: If you book a Semi-Double Smoking Room and request a non-smoking room, the room will still be smoking.
Please also note that extra beds are not available.
Single rooms have one semi-double bed, and twin rooms have two semi-double beds.

[Children’s Bookings]
Children of elementary school age and above are charged the same rate as adults.
If the child rate is not included in your reservation, additional charges may apply.
Please note that we do not provide children’s amenities or bedding; the same amenities/bedding as for adults will be provided.

[Stays by Minors Only]
Guests aged 16–17 must submit a parental consent form.
Guests under 16 are not permitted to stay without an accompanying guardian.

[Room Cleaning During Multi-Night Stays]
Cleaning, towel replacement, and amenity replenishment during your stay are available upon request (free of charge).
*If you would like cleaning service, please place the cleaning sign out by 11:00 a.m.
*Please note that we may not be able to make the bed if luggage is placed on or around the bed.

[For Guests Who Selected Online Card Payment]
Receipts can be printed from the website.
Please note that the property is unable to issue receipts directly.
