The location of this place is very strategic. When I arrived here, I came with a friend who told me we were going to stay here and had a nice stay. The staff was very attentive and attentive with their service which was great, the food served was mukluba.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax looking over the reservoir, mountain, olive grove, and sheep and goat herders with nice sun and great hospitality from the owner Zechariah than this is the place for you. Keep in mind there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, which I loved but you may not. Since I did not have a car, Zechariah offered to make dinner for me, which was a feast for a very reasonable price. If you want to layout and get some sun you can do that here too and most rooms have a private balcony as well. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great and healthy. The other guest were very nice too and I found watching the herders taking out and bringing in the sheep and goats to be very relaxing as well. There is also a park by the reservoir you can go to for 1.5 dinar to relax or watch the birds. Migrations of birds stop here in September I was told. I hope to come again and see Zechariah again.

This was the most memorable experience ever! We wanted to become part of this family one day, learning more about their culture, beliefs, and religion. The Calamari family is funny and their goal is to be a part of the locals. We truly recommend that all tourists be accompanied here at least once a day so that they become part of the locals. Apart from this, the cuisine we tasted, the room with a breathtaking view, and the long conversation after dinner were really amazing! Thanks, Malaria and the boys!.

The hotel is run by a family and is remote. There is no staff. You must go to their house and ring a bell for anything or, alternatively, use WhatsApp to connect with them. The dam is visible from the room, but it does not adequately address the problems we had. WiFi was stated in our reservation that it was accessible everywhere, but in our room or the lobby outside there was no wifi signal. Being so far from home and in such a remote location, we wanted to get in touch with our family, but we were informed that the internet signal was down due to eid, which is hard to believe because the wifi in their house was fine. The toilet's liquid hand soap was dissolved in water. The air conditioning was excellent, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was also excellent. As any decent hotel in Manam, the hotel is quite costly. It was a pleasant experience overall. I advise the hotel owner to provide wifi, a telephone to call reception, soap, shampoo, and other essential amenities after charging so much. Thank you.

Beautiful view. Although the room was slightly matched, it was tidy and roomy. A tiny kitchenette but no cooking area. The shower curtain did not fit, resulting in a wet bathroom floor. The dogs in the sheep pen next door might have been a problem at night, but they werent. Its a pleasure to spend the night with a family and have good discussions over dinner. The owner had forgotten that we had requested dinner. Three families were present, so he sent us out for dinner. They served soup, pizza, and chips. So we were fed.

We were having a great time. My mushed is a retired marine from the Jordanian armed forces. He is also very knowledgeable and witty. He built a motel on the nearby property and has a home next door. We went to the motel. He was incredibly kind and gave us water. He then showed us the room which has air conditioning and was very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom is a lot of good plumbing. Bring shampoo and conditioner. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. There is a dam that flows. The sunset is stunning. There are sheep and goats right next door. He has a lovely garden with lemons and pomegranate trees. We also played ping pong. He offered to prepare dinner for us because dinner is not possible because of an armada. You should definitely take him up on the offer. He drove us into town and brought us chicken and rice because we didn't want to bother him. He is incredibly helpful and pleasant. We took off in the morning and had a delicious breakfast. He accepted payment in dollars. I strongly advise staying here.
