Cet établissement est idéalement situé, un peu à l'écart du centre qui reste très facilement et rapidement accessible à pied. Les lieux sont calmes et sûrs. Ma chambre était très agréable et bien équipée (même un réfrigérateur, une bouilloire et un sèche-cheveux). La literie était confortable. La chambre était propre et a été nettoyée tous les jours. Le personnel était un peu réservé mais toutefois sympathique. Enfin le petit-déjeuner était excellent (assiette de fruits frais, choix entre plusieurs plats préparés à la demande, différentes boissons chaudes ou froides au choix). Le prix d'une chambre est certes un peu élevé (par rapport à l'offre disponible à Luang Prabang), mais les prestations offertes sont à la hauteur.

Very nice room with a large bed and a small sofa. Cleanliness was OK. The location was good and close to popular areas on foot in 10 minutes. Good breakfast but can take some time, so be cautious if you are rushing. Both our safe and fridge didn't work. The owner fixed them both the following day by bringing in new ones. You can purchase cold beer right there. Booked a van to Kung Si Falls through. Good price and worked well. Finished my laundry there, excellent and cheap.

We are staying here for 6 days in total. The room is clean, bedding and towels are always fresh and changed regularly. Air conditioning works well and always hot water for showers. Breakfast is lovely, fresh fruit and a selection of hot food. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Refrigerator in the room helps. Location is off the side road. At least 10 min walk to the market, river, and restaurants. No views from the rooms but a quiet road. Excellent value too.

A 15-minute walk from the central tourist area or a quick bicycle ride on the property's bikes. Well-maintained, spotless rooms in a convenient position. Excellent breakfast. Excellent air conditioning and water in the shower and sink. It's simple to book tours and other services.

The bed was comfortable. And then the room was clean and the size was nice. After that, the shower was excellent. Besides that, the breakfast was included in the price. Plus, the breakfast was really good. Plus, the friendliness and service were fantastic, especially when we first arrived.

I recommend you to stay here. Nice hotel with quiet space like my house, friendly staff ready to help you when you need it. Good breakfast.

Great Place.. the breakfast is good and the staff work hard to make sure guests are satisfied. It is off of the main street but bikes are available.

Arrivée pourtant avant 18 heures, cet établissement n'a pas tenu compte de ma réservation de 4 nuits. Je n'ai obtenu aucune explication à cette surprenante annulation et cela malgré un courriel rédigé le soir même au directeur de cet hotel. Remboursement en dollars et en kips au lieu de l'euro. Frais de dossier de e-bookers/expedia non remboursé. Au vu des tableaux d'offre de services proposés trop bien visibles (tuk-tuk pour aéroport, chute de Kuang Si, billets de train..), cet hotel semble vivre davantage de ces prestations d'ailleurs un peu chers que de la location de chambre. Direction vietnamienne.
