Hotel yaa nuansa kayu jadi adem banget, staff hotel nya sangat ramah dan baik sekali.. breakfastnya view sungai Mekong.. sangat menyenangkan untuk tinggal di Luang Prabang.

We had nice experience while stayed in Luang Phasouk, receipsionist staff is very kind and helpful. The room is clean. The location is very good. Near with night market, riverview, and very close with nice halal restaurant if you are moeslim and looking for halal restaurant.

The hotel has an excellent position on the Making River, close to the day and night markets, and a few steps from the roads where the Taj Bat ceremony takes place. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly. Good breakfast sets are available, and good value for the money.

The hotel has a great location to stay, and close to many places, restaurants and stores, and this place has a beautiful view with breakfast area which is great for relaxing over a cup of coffee.

The makeover overview hotel is great. We got a room with a balcony looking out over the river. The restaurant is also on the river with views of all the boats and the bamboo bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Let's begin with the good things. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, and even the street is cleaned every week. The terrace with a view of the turning is simply unmatched shadow until late afternoon, with a great view of the ships and the turning. Breakfast is simple but good. There aren't enough tables outside when all customers come for breakfast at the same time. Booking directly is difficult. The staff is simply giving the rooms that you had reserved in advance and it takes a lot of discussion and argument to make room 11 the best of the whole hotel. The fittings are a little old, bed linens are worn out, faucets dripping, very basic basic showers, while the noise from boat captains and tutu drivers early in the morning in front of the hotel and the dogs in the street barking all night can be irritating.

The room was a little out of date. The breakfast on the terrace was served on the provided menu. The staff was so welcoming. The size of the balcony was small, and all the river boat and tub drivers hung out across the road during the day. The atmosphere is quiet at night.

The location of this hotel is nice, and the location is outside the main nightlife, but you can get into town on foot. The room size is good but the personnel is very kind and helpful. They set up a scooter for us and took it to the train station.

This place was fantastic. The staff at this hotel were very polite and helpful. The room we stayed in had a balcony that faced the river. Also the restaurant is on the river with a view of all the boats and the bamboo bridge.

The breakfast was straightforward but very tasty. On the downside, the rooms are quite battered and not very clean. There isn't always a person at the front desk and if you're concerned about security, this will worry you because the front desk is facing the street. Although the room has a safe, ours was non-attached to anything, so you could just walk out with it. If you could get these rooms cheaply it would be an acceptable stay but at the price we paid they simply weren't good value for the money.
