We will stay here again. We stayed for one night. The location was in a fantastic location, and we were welcomed very welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff and owner were very friendly.

I've been here quite a long time. I fell in love with the hotel's simple yet welcoming atmosphere. It appears to be a family-owned hotel where the proprietor and his wife personally handle everything. I enjoyed sitting next to the fireplace, close to the restaurant on the ground level, where I sat for hours reading Cervantes don Quixote. Because I was there during the off-season, there was a problem with the hot water shower. The hotel is so close to the ski area, and the view is magnificent.

In November, we hitchhiked here and found no place to sleep. We asked locals for the hotel name and the name of the owner. We explained our situation and had a room at a very reasonable price, even cheap for Lebanon. The owner is good manners, he's elegant and has nice manners but he's not making a profit. He offered to have tea with us. He spoke chiccolonial French, but there was no English. It's interesting to note that in those maid costumes, two underage african teens were working as maids, which brought on the hotel's colonial vibe. We hope they weren't slaves. There is wifi in the lounge, although the rooms are rather worn, this hotel is just what the ordinary hiker needs! Both electricity and hot water operate effectively.

This hotel should be your first choice if you intend to visit Cedars! I went there with a few friends and a couple. It was breathtaking when I went there in the winter. The proprietor was such a sweetheart who treated us like friends and went above and beyond to please us. The staff was available for any assistance we required, and more. Where we were preparing potatoes and drinking vintage red wine, the fire place was lit. It was a truly delightful and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of winter. It was even better than we had anticipated when we planned a trip to visit in June, the summer. Great outdoor experiences include winter, atv rides, hikes in and around caves, beautiful cold breezes in the midst of the summer heat, and mouthwatering, traditional foods. The hotel mon refuge is in a prime location, making it simple to get around wherever you want to go. Since it was first opened, the hotel has always been welcoming, fun, and conveniently located. You can do whatever you desire without any complaint because it's cozy, fun, and in a great location.
