Guests with good etiquette, treating the apartment like their own home will be much appreciated. Beyond that, here are a few important house rules:

We will be collecting RM300 for security deposit, which will be returned after check out.

• Strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed in the apartment. Security deposit will be forfeited in the unfortunate event of non-compliance.
• Please remove your shoes upon entering the house.
• Strictly no durians allowed in the apartment.
• Strictly no parties and/or events. This rule is regulated and enforced by the Apartment's management team, to ensure best security and ambiance to all residents.
• Charges will apply for any damages done to items within the premise.
• Access card and door keys are to be kept soundly. In the unfortunate event of misplacement, a replacement fee of RM250 fee will be charged.
• Much appreciated if the air-conditioning and other electrical appliances are turned off before leaving the apartment.
• Noise levels are to be kept down especially after 9pm.
• Please follow the rules of the swimming pool and gym. Please wear the proper attire and do not swim in the water feature ponds, only in the actual swimming pools. Any fines imposed by the management will be deducted from the security deposit. Thank you very much for your co-operation and support in keeping the apartment a great homestay for all!
