Hotel yang sesuai untuk beribadah. Banyak kemudahan yang bisa didapatkan di Bukit Merah. Ada juga permainan untuk anakanak. Keamanan di di sini juga diutamakan untuk anak-anak dan manusia dewasa.

1. The hotel staffs had provided quality service. They are polite, well trained and friendly. 2. The superior room is comfortable and clean with 4 beds and 1 sofa bed. The maintenance staffs are helpful and efficient. 3. The water pressure in the bathroom are very high. 4. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and had variety of foods. Thumbs up 5. The theme park tickets price was very reasonnable.

cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious.

There were lots of mosquitoes and the solution that they have were to spray the whole room with repellant which was not suitable as I have two children. The good thing was the morning air n scenery of the lake as we had our breakfast which was quite good.

Overall ok hotel queit far from petrol pump and any shop.furniture already old. No tel inside the room to make call registration or to request towel.notice on 2nd day house keeping only tuck inback the bedsheet without changing it and some stain still found in the sheet. I give 7 out of 10 scale.
