TERMS & REGULATIONS:

1. Check-in/Check-out Time
o Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
o Check-out: By 12:00 PM

2. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. A penalty of RM500 will apply for violations.

3. Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its items during their stay.

4. Linen Policy
Excessively soiled, stained, or damaged linens (including bed sheets, towels, or pillowcases) will incur a cleaning or replacement fee starting from RM30, depending on the condition.

5. Noise Policy
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect other guests’ comfort.

6. Visitors
No unregistered visitors are allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.

7. Cancellation/No-show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. No-shows will be charged the first night’s rate.

8. Pet Policy
No pets allowed.

9. Liability Disclaimer
The property is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

10. Late Check-out Policy
Late check-out is available for an additional charge of RM20 per hour. Please inform us in advance if you require a late check-out, as we need to ensure that the room is prepared for the next guest. Late check-out may be subject to availability and must be arranged before proceeding.

11. Food & Beverage Policy
Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages into the property, but please note the following guidelines:
1. Cleaning Up: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Please dispose of food waste in the designated trash bins provided in your room or public areas.
2. Odors: Please be mindful of strong-smelling food that may disturb other guests. Durian and fruits with strong colors (such as those that could stain or leave marks) are strictly prohibited in the rooms due to their strong odors and potential mess. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing these items into the property.
3. Shared Areas: If food is consumed in common areas (e.g., lounges, hallways), please ensure that you clean up after use and leave the area tidy for the next guest.
