Saya dalam perjalanan dengan 2 orang teman, jadi memilih hotel ini karena dekat dengan venue tempat saya seminar. Saya ada seminar di Penang International Dental College jadi sangat walking distance. Namun daerah di sekitar sini sepi dan tidak terdapat banyak atraksi.

Jika Anda mengambil ambil dari Bandara Penang, pastikan untuk memasukkan nama hotel yang benar: Chariton Hotel Bagan. Ada dua Chariton di Beihai dengan nama yang sangat mirip dan bahkan tampilan yang sama. Jika pengemudi pergi ke tempat yang salah, akan sulit untuk tiba. Hotel ini berjarak sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta bawah tanah BUTTERWORTH. Namun, hampir tidak ada penyeberangan pejalan kaki di sepanjang jalan. Ada jembatan layang di trotoar di sisi hotel, tetapi dihuni oleh tunawisma. Untuk alasan keamanan, disarankan untuk pergi ke trotoar di seberang hotel terlebih dahulu. Hotel memiliki dispenser air di lobi yang sangat nyaman. Kali ini saya check in ke kamar 201, tepat di pintu masuk lift. Alasan mengapa kamar hanya diberi dua bintang adalah: Tidak ada brankas Kamar mandi adalah bagian yang paling tidak memuaskan selama perjalanan. Sistem drainase di kamar mandi sangat buruk, volume air sangat kecil dan pemanas air sangat tidak stabil. Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah hotel yang cocok untuk transit.

Hotel ini sangat nyaman, bersih, dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Kami memilih hotel ini karena dekat dengan Terminal Penang dan Stasiun KTM (ETS). Hanya dalam 1 km, kami berjalan kaki dari hotel ke ETS. Namun, jika hujan lebat dan membatasi pergerakan, agak sulit mendapatkan Grab karena jarak hotel yang dekat. Jadi, rencanakan dengan baik. Saya memberikan rating 4 bintang karena kamarnya agak sempit, jadi kalau mau sholat harus menurunkan badan. Namun secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan dan akan kembali lagi. Mohon maaf, gambar hotel dan kamar tidak dapat direference.

The hotel staff will text you on the day of your checkin to confirm your reservation and when you will be arriving. This is very good. The customer service is friendly. The room with the queen bed is small but still able to pray 1 person at a time. But the toilet is new, spacious and clean. The toilet has a water heater. I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. This hotel is near pebang central and ktm butterworth 1.2 km from the hotel. The receptionist is available 24 hours a day so if you need early checkout there is no problem because we have to catch early morning ets.

Bagian bagusnya, kamar, koridor dan liftnya bersih. Kamar dan kamar mandinya kecil tapi lengkap. Kasurnya memiliki sisi yang kokoh sehingga lebih nyaman untuk tidur tanpa rasa sakit punggung. AC di kamar cukup dingin dan tidak berbau. Pada saat yang sama, merokok tidak diperbolehkan di dalam kamar yang sangat penting dan patut diacungi jempol. Kekurangannya adalah insulasi suara yang kurang bagus, terus menerus terganggu dengan suara buka tutup pintu kamar sebelah. Ruangannya terlalu kecil, dengan ruang aktivitas kurang dari 50 kaki persegi dan mejanya terlalu kecil. Pelayanannya sangat buruk, tidak ada layanan kamar jika tidak mengeluh setelah menginap dua hari, air minum dan kopi tidak diisi ulang. Handuk tidak diganti jika kotor. Gel mandi, sabun mandi dan tisu toilet, termasuk pembersihan lantai dasar, semuanya hanya disediakan untuk satu kali pakai pada hari check-in. Setelah itu, tidak ada yang disediakan! Perlu dicatat, ini sungguh mengecewakan. Bagian baiknya adalah kamar, koridor, dan liftnya bersih. Kamar dan kamar mandinya kecil tapi lengkap. Kasurnya memiliki sisi yang kokoh sehingga lebih nyaman untuk tidur tanpa rasa sakit punggung. AC di kamar cukup dingin dan tidak berbau. Selain itu, merokok tidak diperbolehkan di dalam kamar, yang sangat penting dan patut diacungi!

The room was small but clean. Modern style. The door lock is broken. You can hear voices from the room next to you. The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. Shower and hot water are also good. The staff were excellent and responsive. 11 minutes walk from penang sentral and ktm butterworth. There are many restaurants nearby.
