2. During your stay, please keep well of the access cards and key. Lost keys and cards will be charged RM150 per item. Take a picture when you return the keys on checkout as a record of having returned them.

9. Kindly be informed that any severe damage of appliances and furnishings caused by your party during your stay may be charged to you.
11. Our online customer team is usually offline between 10PM-8AM the next day, we seek your understanding that messages sent during offline time will be attended to as soon as we are online. We are still contactable by phone should emergencies occur.
3. This is strictly a non-smoking room. However you may smoke at the balcony with balcony door closed.
8. Housekeeping services and/or extra items can be requested, but subject to availability and some items may incur extra costs. Kindly request at least a day before so that we may adjust our schedule.
