These are rules and regulations imposed by the Building Management (not the owner) and must be acknowledged and accepted before entering the property:

1) Guests to comply with all building management and security procedures
2) No driving against traffic. Illegal parking will result a clamping fee release of rm200. Carpark is monitored with CCTV
3) No littering. Rubbish collection room is next to the lifts on Floor P9A
4) Starting 1/1/2023 condo facilities (e.g. pool and gym) are not available for guest use.
5) No gathering and events in accommodation unit, quiet times from 10pm onwards
6) No durians anywhere on the premise
7) No pets allowed
8) No more than 8 persons (including kids) staying overnight.

Any misconduct of the above will result in the owner being fined ranging from rm100 to rm500 by the building management, which will be passed on to the guest responsible through an Agoda claim.

Before booking, make sure the phone number your provided to Agoda is current and contactable. A guest form will be sent to you do be filled up and verified with security upon entry. I want to avoid guests showing up to the property and make a big fuss with the security guards over not being able to check-in

The host reserves the right to cancel the booking, without refund, if any of the rules above are broken.

Personal data to be registered with Building Management and Security include:
1) Your name, IC or Passport number, Contact number, Home address, Email address
2) Each and every guest's name, IC or Passport number, Contact number
Registration form will need to be filled and returned to me before your stay. The security only recognizes this form. They will NOT recognize your Agoda reservation printout
