1)Deposit of RM200 is needed for security purposes. It is refundable after check out under the condition that the unit is safe and left the same as per check in.
2)Large noisy party events are not allowed.
3)Smoking are not allowed inside this homestay.
4)Illegal gambling are not allowing.
5)Criminal activities are not allowed.
6)Poison or sex parties are not allowed.
7)BBQ are not allowed inside this homestay ( Please go to level 17th BBQ place are provided by hann’s management, RM200 is payable if you needed rent BBQ oven from hann’s management)
8)Maximum 7 guest.
9)Please do not throw sanitary pads into the toilet bowl. Kindly wrap it and throw it into the dustbin.
10)Please take notice to not leave any on the towels and mattresses, eg. Period Stains, Food Stains, and other Stubborn.
11)Strictly not allowed: - Loud noises and disturbance of peace - Littering of cigarette butts and rubbish off the balcony.
12) Late check out penalty will charge RM30 per hours after 12PM.
13) Missing hann’s security access card will be charge RM200.
14) Please take care all electronics equipment and amenities in this homestay.
