It was a little outside of the city center. Small room. Old furniture. Wornout bed linen and towels. Looks dirty. Its time to replace towels and bed linens with new ones. Air conditioning is good. Like the boiler very much. Can get boiling water in 3 minutes. We stayed there for 3 nights but only once received coffee packets, creamer and sugar. The receptionists were good and helpful. Managed to do laundry at a reasonable price. The toilet was clean but the showe was fixed very low.

Overall, the visit was pleasant. The staff is all courteous, as is the night shift man, who is fantastic! Only once was it recommended for the housekeeping department to use a master card to knock on the door before opening it. Even when we asked to reorganize our space, they came and waited a bit into the evening, but they did not knock on our door. After that, we spoke with the Indonesian housekeeping women, who is also very kind and welcoming. She even apologized to us about the incident when we told them that.

This place is truly delightful! The room is impeccably clean and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Its conveniently located near the city center and conveniently close to the wellknown char koay teow restaurant. Its an affordable option considering the price i paid.

I spent two nights here and was really happy with the value i got. The rooms were reasonably priced and wellappointed. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. Max was particularly helpful. He gave me many recommendations for places to eat and see in penang. The location is quite good. Its about a 20minute walk to the unesco site of georges town.

The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The hotel was clean and pleasant. The service was good, and checkin and checkout were quick and easy. View from the window was decent. However, they could use some updating, as our rooms paint was peeling and cracking in places. The towels were very thin and looked quite old. But for a budget hotel, it is quite good.

Overall, it was a good stay! The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom clean towel, there's an elevator, an iron steamer on the of, a hairdryer on request, and private parking space. Staff are all friendly and night shift man is extraordinary! Just a piece of advice for the housekeeping department, only once, to be able to knock on the door before opening it using a master card. We even asked to change our room and they arrived a while evening but they didn't knock on our door. I had a pleasant stay, with the exception of the wifi and booking system. The room was tidy and spacious, with a single bed room this time. The shower had high pressure. The reception staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even though i arrived very late. He offered me a bottle of water for a drink right away, even though there was another water in the room. That is genuine hospitality, which is uncommon in malaysia, even in 5star hotels. The downside was that parking at hotels was difficult, and there was a fee for parking on the roadside, which was available at no charge during the night and all weekends. The booking system was complicated. Due to their payment settings, i was unable to pay through the booking app, which is available on booking app. Then, i received an email asking to pay with qr or a bank transfer in advance. This is double work, and some individuals might miss reading the email, which could cause problems with booking. It would be convenient for us to pay directly through credit card at application, which is a onetime transaction.

Pelayanan yang sangat buruk sehingga merugikan seluruh keluarganya!!! Jika tidak ada tempat parkir, lupakan saja dan suruh kami parkir di depan rumah orang lain!! Kami memberikan kunci kepada orang hotel!! Kemudian dia mengatakan akan membantu kami memindahkan mobil!! Orang bertanya apakah itu mobil klien Anda! Pihak hotel mengatakan itu bukan salahnya!! Orang memanggil polisi untuk menarik mobilnya, pertimbangkan ibumu.
