1. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony & patio area. If evidence of SMOKING inside the house is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of RM200 for the removal of odors, debris and such.

2. Check in time is between 3pm to 12am, HOST has the right to reject early check-in to make sure the cleanliness of the house. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OUR OPERATING HOURS IS ONLY UNTIL 12AM.

3. Check out time before 11am, HOST has the right to reject late check out to ensure no delay for the next customer check in. HOST reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you imposed on late checkout at RM100-RM500.

4. Kindly keep the place clean and neat before check-out, including not to leave any unwashed plates/dishes/glasses and any culinary tools. If there is any, we will charge a cleaning fee of RM50-RM100. Please take note the cleaning fees indicated in Airbnb/ Agoda/Bookingcom is for only housekeeping, but not included for any unwashed plates/dishes/glasses and any culinary tools

5.If guest found something damage/breakage upon check-in, please take picture/video to show us as a proof. Otherwise, you will need to pay for the replacement cost for the damages/breakage.

6.Keep our home secure and lock the doors and windows when no one at home.

7.No pet is allowed

8.Only light cooking is allowed and no strong smell of any foods/fruits is allowed, such as Seafood, Durian. Deposit will be hold if the smell is hardly removed as this will affect the next check in.

9.Kindly take care of our house, treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.

10.In order to ensure a peaceful occupancy, all guests are requested not to make too much noise in the homestay and please respect “Quiet Time” from 10pm to 6am.

11. RM50 extra guest fee will be imposed on every guest if exceeded the total pax of the room.

13. Parking Card access is not provided by owner, but there are basement & street parking available for customer to park their car.
Basement parking: Rm1.50(per hour)
Street Parking: Mon-Fri(8am-5pm) need to put ticket for parking, Saturday after 12pm will be FOC, meanwhile Sunday will be FOC for whole day.
