I didn't stay at this hotel, but I still had a bad experience with them, which would have been a good opportunity for me to make a good recommendation for helping us, but it went awry. A few weeks back, a colleague of mine from Indonesia who was not a hotel visitor but was in the lobby unintentionally left his laptop charger in the hotel lobby and left on the same day to his home country. He contacted the hotel employees, asked them to keep the charger, and asked me to bring it. I asked if they could arrange to send it to us and my office would pay, but they refused. I eventually went out to collect it, to find out that the day shift supervisor named adam, had no idea about the charger, so we couldn't get it picked up by courier. I was mad, because adam insisted on coming to collect it himself at night, told me to talk to a night shift employee, who is now furious and demanded to charge me rm 25 just to pick it up. There is no reason the day shift supervisor couldn't allow us to pick it up in the middle of the day since it was there all the time. It seems like he was just trying to make my life difficult because he kept pointing out that my colleague wasn't even a guest was to blame. The hotel staff feels justified

Kami menginap di Hotel Macet Comfort Inn ini pada akhir Juli 2018 lalu, tetapi bukan di Jalan Masjid India, melainkan di Jalan Tun Sambanthan 106 Brickfields Kali 5070, nama hotelnya sama, mungkin masih satu perusahaan. Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis dekat dengan stasiun kereta api api dan terminal bus serta dekat dengan kuliner halal di kawasan Kali Sentral. Saat kami tiba jam 8 pagi, belum waktunya cek ini namun sudah bisa masuk kamar 303 standard double, staf yang ramah, tarik lumayan rm 85 malam rm 10 pajak tambahan terbaru untuk tamu asing menginap, fasilitas lengkap termasuk AC, TV, wifi, kamar mandi dalam shower air panas dan ada dispenser dan setrika walaupun tidak ada sarapan.

This is my second visit to this hotel. Nice hotel with a friendly reception. Good service near to the town but only surrounds by foreigners looking and staring while we all eating so scared until we ask the shoppers to pay for us. If possible, the management must investigate it and check the deal to avoid looking customer. So to make sure that the hotel can provide all the customers to stay in safe places.

Even after leaving the window open for a day, the room smelled extremely foul. Its dark and filthy. Nothing seems to be quite ancient and I don't feel at all comfortable. But the location is excellent. Because there are cheaper hotels than this one, I thought that it should be clean and nicer for the price. Tomorrow night, I'm looking for another place to stay. There's at least hot water and wifi.
