The room was clean and the bathroom was good. The elevator smelled of smoke. They have a good location with an Indian and Chinese restaurant nearby. Also close to the historical place of georges.

Kamarnya bersih dan lokasinya tidak jauh dari tempat wisata. Saya sangat puas dengan sikap pelayanannya. Hanya saja, pakaian counter perempuan harus ada cerminnya. Jadi, saya merasa nyaman. Anda tidak perlu pergi ke toilet.

Secara keseluruhan baik-baik saja, dan kami bertindak cepat setelah mengajukan keluhan. Saya akan tetap memilih di sini lain kali saya datang. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah saya dibangunkan oleh gadis kecil sebelah dari jam 7 pagi hingga jam 8 pagi, dan sistem isolasi suara perlu ditingkatkan. Jika skornya 100 poin, saya akan memberikan 80 poin.

Satisfied, not expecting much because its a budget hotel, the location is quite strategic for some local famous food that so called mustgo, for example, penang charcoal char kuey tiao, dessert cafe, historical building, famous haunted historical building (hospital), shopping mall (penang times square). The room is very clean and has moma water, free wifi, coway water dispenser available on each floor, snack and soft drink vending machine available in the lobby. The only downside is the limited parking lot, there are about 8 parking lots available.

Affordable hotel. Clean and comfortable room. However, parking space is limited and requires a double parking lot. Its necessary to move the car when the other vehicle wants to leave. Fortunately, i only stay here for one night. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The shower water is terrible, very slow, needing to switch to a pressure water pump, and the open water tap is also damaged. Room 104, which is on the first floor, has a water tap failure and water is also slow. When I ask to change rooms, they assign me room 408. The internet connection in the room is also very slow. The mineral water machine is good, but there is hot and cold water on all floors, starting at the first floor. The air conditioning in the room is good, and the bedroom is clean. In front of the hotel, parking is difficult to find, and even public parking is limited.

Hotel ini sangat bersih. Mohon maaf, kopi 3 in 1 tidak disediakan, jadi tamu harus membelinya sendiri. Resepsionis yang sangat ramah, sangat customer-centric, dapat membantu mencari parkir yang aman dan dekat. Terdapat 4 stasiun TV, 2 saluran tv aec cina, sukan, dan tamil.
