The hotel is good overall. Nice room, nice staff and good service. However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. The cafe only have 2 menu and they are served cold.

The hotel is on the outskirts of KT, quite near to the airport. Lots of eateries around. The size of the room is quite big. Thumbs up for the rate, very reasonable. The pool is also quite big than others, suitable for both kids and adults.

1. Room makeover was not done on 2nd day. 🙁 2. Water heater was not working but able to fix it after complain. 😐 3. Air-cond was noisy. đŸ˜© 4. Pillows were not hotel standard. 😣 5. Pool is big enough. 😊 6. Breakfast menu consider good (only nasi dagang). 😋 7. Parking was spacious. 😉 Overall satisfied.
