The customer service was very responsive and provided the instructions for checking in. Self check in and check out are very convenient, but i personally prefer those with counter service which can help with luggage storage before and after checkout. The bed was decent slightly above average as it smells if you are sensitive. Like privacy, but the cabin door doesnt open or close well. It must have disturbed my roommates so much that i decided to check out early. The room was freezing cold even though i turned off the fan in the cabin and wore layers with a hoodie. The entrance and exit were in the back alley. The door was well lit at night, but the surroundings were pitch back. I wouldnt have booked this property if this had been announced earlier. The free locker was a decent size with towels and basic amenities. As most travelers had noted, there is no soap in the sink, toilet paper is available near the sink and the toilet has slipper stains. Cleanliness in the bathroom area is definitely below average. I wouldnt book this property again in the future.

Saya sangat senang menginap di resthub. Kamarnya bersih, nyaman dan persis seperti yang dijelaskan. Check-in dan check-out lancar dan mudah. Lokasinya sangat bagus, dekat dengan semua yang saya butuhkan, tetapi sangat tenang di malam hari. Ini adalah pilihan yang bagus bagi siapa pun yang mencari akomodasi sederhana dan bebas repot. Sangat direkomendasikan!

AC-nya dingin. Lokasinya strategis dekat Komtar dan Mal. Handuk, sikat gigi, dan sandal disediakan. Tersedia air minum dan gelas yang disaring. Toiletnya bersih dengan sampo dan sabun. Ada juga loker untuk menyimpan tas. Toiletnya memiliki pancuran air yang cepat. Layanan pelanggannya cepat membalas WhatsApp. Satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan, saat registrasi Anda dapat memilih kapsul atas atau bawah.

I had a wonderful stay at Resthub capsule hotel! The capsules were clean, comfortable, and provided just the right amount of privacy. The location is very convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful during my visit. I really appreciated the modern facilities and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a short stay or transit. Highly recommended, and i will definitely be back on my next trip to penang!.

Bangunannya memiliki pesona historis dan Anda bisa melihat bagaimana pemiliknya berusaha melestarikan fitur-fitur antiknya. Pemiliknya ramah dan menjaga standar kebersihan yang tinggi. Aman untuk bayi saya dan dia sangat senang. Loker juga sangat membantu. Terima kasih kepada Rest Hub, telah memberi saya waktu istirahat yang menyenangkan.

Jika Anda mencari tempat menginap yang nyaman dan terjangkau, hotel kapsul adalah pilihan yang tepat. Kapsulnya bersih, nyaman, dan dilengkapi dengan penyumbat telinga yang membantu mengurangi kebisingan karena Anda dapat mendengar segala sesuatu di sekitar Anda. Namun, hotel ini mungkin kurang ideal untuk wisatawan Muslim karena area tidur campuran (walaupun setiap tamu memiliki kapsul pribadi). The selfcheckin and selfcheckout processes went smoothly and smoothly. Excellent location for walking around the city of georges! Despite being a sizable dorm, the pods are incredibly comfortable and provide a great deal of seclusion and quiet. The floors are frequently wet, but the restrooms are fine. Additionally, there isnt any toilet paper in the stalls, so you have to bring your own each time, which isnt a big deal, but a little inconvenient. Additionally, having hand soap at the sinks would be fantastic.

I didn't like the check-in process and the video of instructions about the entrance and exit could have been sent out the day before to avoid the guest staying outside in a hot weather trying to figure out how to check in even though precheck-in was done days before. What was worst, they texted me at 1:35am on the day of checkout for checkout info and review.
