The best stay that I have had in Malaysia. I stayed in a few hotels but this establishment was the best. From being very peaceful and serene to the amazing hospitality of all the staff I truly felt the most relaxed here. The staff go that extra mile and more to make you comfortable. They took time out to drive me to a medical facility when I was unwell due to my medical conditions. No other establishment would do that. I was treated with care and respect for the entirety of my stay and I also made a few friends for life here. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not regret it. It has great facilities and the WiFi was amazing. The food was world class with a buffet offering local and international cuisines to tingle the taste buds. I am already planning a return trip with my family very soon. Keep up the good work everyone at team Royal Park Hotel UNITEN.

Overall, my stay here was fantastic. It was a pleasant experience staying here, it was very clean, had plenty of food, and was delicious. The mosque is only a short walk from the hotel. However, the reception desk staff needs a lot of improvement. The other 2 female staff at the reception desk never smiled, they were very serious looking, and unfried. They made me feel guilty for booking the wrong number of nights to stay.

Tempat parkir yang luas. Resepsionis yang ramah. Kamar yang nyaman. Perhatikan juga cat baru pada furniturnya. Ruang makan yang besar sehingga Anda dapat sarapan dengan nyaman bahkan sebagai solo traveler. Ketika saya tiba, hal pertama yang saya perhatikan adalah cat di luar gedung terlihat agak tua dan agak menyeramkan (sedikit skeptis) tetapi ketika saya memasuki lobi, suasananya lebih baik dari yang saya harapkan. Semoga bisa menyediakan kotak tisu dan tempat sampah di dalam kamar, bukan di kamar mandi saja Tekanan airnya besar tapi suara siram (saat air diisi ulang di tangki) sangat keras. Secara keseluruhan, staf kamar dan layanannya luar biasa dan pasti akan menjadi salah satu hotel pilihan pertama saya setiap kali ada stasiun luar yang bekerja di sekitar area tersebut.

Pertama kali saya menginap di sini, hotel ini bertindak seperti UNITEEN. Layanannya sangat baik, staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Makanannya sangat enak saat check-in ke kafe hotel. Sarapannya juga enak, puding rotinya sangat enak. Bagi yang ingin menyegarkan dan menginginkan suasana yang tenang tanpa gangguan, Royal Park sangat cocok. Saya juga meminta kamar yang menghadap ke laut, jadi saya mendapatkannya. Kemudian jika Anda membawa banyak orang, itu akan baik-baik saja karena ada ruang terhubung. Saya harap hotel ini akan tumbuh lebih lanjut karena baru saja dibuka.

The period I booked my business stay at Royal Park Hotel at UNITEN was Ramadan period. It could be a super low peak season for hotel and there were very few people get breakfast service. I can understand that dish choices were limited due to lesser customer. However, the vege served was sour which made me think that how long could the vege be stored in the kitchen and served customer. The peanut and ikan bilis served with nasi lemak were very bad standard too. The room stay was fairly acceptable (Some things are spoilt and not repaired but I did not use them so it is fine to me) but breakfast was terrible.
