Meski ini hanya mal kecil, lobinya berada di lantai 6 dan agak sulit dijangkau. Kamar-kamarnya berada di 4 menara dan agak sulit dijangkau bagi pengunjung baru. Dari lobi, Anda harus melewati ruang dansa dan sebagainya. Tapi Anda akan terbiasa setelah menginap di sini.

Lokasinya strategis, namun kamarnya kurang bersih, terutama karpetnya yang sudah usang. Tempat tidurnya cukup. Dan pelayanannya juga lumayan. Tidak bagus tapi tidak buruk. Tapi bintang minus karena tidak memberi tahu pelanggan tentang kekurangan air. Saya melakukan kedua kalinya dan tiba-tiba airnya perlahan menurun hingga habis. Hmm.

Hotel ini memiliki 4 lantai parkir dari lantai 3 hingga lantai 1 Gurney Mall dan lantai 2 kantor UTM Space. Meja resepsionis dekat lantai 6, Menara Jika ingin lebih dekat, parkirlah di lantai 3- 5 di menara 3 (bagian tengah) karena jika Anda keluar dari lift di lantai 6, Anda akan langsung bertemu dengan resepsionis (the Sage). Meja resepsionis ini menyatu dengan restoran atau sarapan untuk pengunjung (the Sage). Ada mesin kopi tetapi hanya tersedia pada siang hari. Saya tinggal di menara 4, jadi saya harus berjalan sedikit ke lift di sayap kanan setelah keluar dari resepsionis. Dari segi keamanan, lift untuk ke tempat tinggal dari lantai 7 mungkin ke lantai 21, Anda perlu menggunakan kartu akses kamar. Sentuh kartu akses di layar dan tekan lantai kamar, maka lift akan berfungsi. Di kamar lantai 20 (nomor kamar yang terkunci), ada 2 tempat tidur single, minibar, satu set air mineral, kopi, teh, krimer dan gula, perlengkapan mandi, handuk, setrika dan papan setrika, sandal hotel, satu set alat jahit mini dan semir sepatu. Kamar bersih, rapi, ada TV dan wifi cepat, sajadah, dan arah kiblat. Puas tinggal di sini, kamar dan ruangan berkarpet. Di bawah hotel lantai 1 Gurney Mall terdapat tempat makan, The News, mesin ATM. Pertama kali datang ke sini pada tanggal 06- 08- 2025. Pusing mencari lobi. Letaknya di lantai Check-in cepat. Stafnya baik dan sopan. Fasilitasnya juga banyak. Di lantai dasar surganya kuliner. Ada subway, KFC, Tealive, Mixue dan sejenisnya. Tidak perlu keluar untuk mencari makan. Kolamnya besar dan nyaman untuk anak-anak berenang. Kamarnya juga nyaman. Siaran TV-nya jernih dan terang meskipun hanya siaran dasar. Sarapannya banyak pilihan menunya. Banyak yang bisa dicoba. Pasti akan kembali lagi setelah ini.

Visiting this place on a 4-5 occasion. This month has seen a significant upgrade. More tidy, with new and improved management, and more professional. The bathroom kits are a lot more appropriate and comprehensive. Despite the beds appearance still being usable, they even changed the bed. Theres also a little more variation in the breakfast. Keep up the fantastic work.

My family had a wonderful hotel stay with a harmonious balance of comfort, convenience, and personalized service. The hotel is an apartment with 2 rooms that were spacious, clean, and wellappointed with modern amenities. Comfortable beds, plush linens, and a quiet atmosphere were essential for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was well maintained, with toiletries and towels readily available. Have variety of onsite dining options, whether a restaurant or cafe, offer convenience like speedmart 99 and more. An enjoyable experience for my family that left a lasting positive impression.

Kamarnya agak kecil, tetapi dapat dimengerti karena harganya relatif murah. Semuanya bersih, AC-nya dingin, dan pemanasnya berfungsi dengan baik.
