We had an amazing stay at Breathless Riviera Cancun and can’t wait to return! One of the things we loved most is that the resort is compact and easy to navigate. Everything is close by, so you’re never stuck walking long distances, yet there is always something going on. From pool activities and entertainment to surprise taco cart pop-ups and special events, there was always something fun happening. A special thank you to Victor at the pool, who took such great care of guests and helped make every pool day enjoyable. Edwin and Roger at the bars were fantastic, friendly, attentive, and always remembered us with a smile. The entertainment team, especially Erik and Sophia, brought incredible energy to the resort and made every activity more fun. The Britney Spears show was an absolute highlight of our trip and had everyone singing and dancing along. We also loved being so close to Puerto Morelos. The town was charming, easy to visit, and gave us a chance to enjoy the local atmosphere outside the resort. Another unexpected highlight was watching World Cup matches during our stay. The energy around the games was contagious, and it was such a fun place to enjoy the excitement with other guests. A special thank you as well to Israel for the custom puppy artwork. The property is clean and well staffed. We loved the variety of restaurants on site plus the snack areas and breakfast buffet. The three pools had slightly different vibes, such as DJ pool, larger chill pool and then the Secrets pool. The pool staff particularly Roger and Edwin were outstanding. We honestly did not want to leave.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service, food, entertainment, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. The restaurants were excellent, with plenty of variety, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. One highlight that deserves special recognition is the gym. As someone who enjoys working out while traveling, I was genuinely impressed. The fitness center was spacious, clean, and stocked with high-quality equipment that rivaled many commercial gyms back home. It made it easy to stay on track while enjoying vacation. We also want to give a special thank you to Mario and Lidia, who helped make our stay even more memorable. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality stood out throughout our trip. They consistently went the extra mile and truly embodied the exceptional service that Breathless is known for. Overall, this was a fantastic vacation. Great resort. The only reason I give it 4stars is because we booked an Ocean View room and had absolutely no view of the ocean. It actually was more of a tropical view. The landscape and the palm trees grew beautifully but completely interrupted our view of the ocean. The resort may want to consider re-categorizing the room. It was slightly disappointing cause we were hoping to wake up and end our night to the view

The events in the pool and beach volleyball were well run by staff.
