Uno de mis hoteles favoritos de San Cristobal hasta ahora, solamente que no te dicen HASTA LLEGAR AL HOTEL que dentro de sus políticas dice que tienes que dejar $1000 en efectivo o en tarjeta crédito/débito como un tipo de "seguro" y te lo regresan a la hora que desocupas el hotel. Afortunadamente llevaba efectivo de más.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue una experiencia muy placentera desde mi llegada, el personal siempre fue atento, amable; tienen un restaurante donde la comida esta muy sabrosa, sus habitaciones son comodas y no habia necesidad de andar en auto porque su ubicacion permite recorrer y conocer la ciudad, a pie.

Great 2-night stay, and perfect for relaxation. Lovely buffet breakfast served in the central area right outside our hotel room. This hotel is situated within a block walking distance to the plaza and other amazing walking streets. The hotel is beautifully furnished in the older colonial style with beautiful wooden doors and amazing architecture. Very quiet (only 8-9 rooms) and conducive to sound sleep even though it's in the heart of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Todo fue muy bueno en este hotel, la habitación la decoración es muy agradable, un ambiente muy tranquilo y acogedor. Los alimentos del restaurante muy buenos y rápidos. El café buenísimo, la persona que se encarga de esto sabe de todo el proceso del café además de la venta del expendio de café en este hotel. Personal amable y con disposición de ayudar. Buen servicio de SPA. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy céntrico y cerca de las principales atracciones.

El buen gusto en todos los rincones de las áreas comunes y de la habitación, logran que después de un cansado día de turista, como son los días del turista, encuentres un lugar perfecto para descansar y comer bien. Este tema comida, muy importante, excelente la cocina del hotel que te ofrece un buen menú con platillos típicos. Un factor muy importante, la discreción en la atención de todos y cada uno de los empleados. Se suma, la ubicación, muy cerca de andador turístico y no por ello, es ruidoso el hotel y a unos pasos del centro de la ciudad.

Es un hermoso hotelito de tan sólo 9 habitaciones todas diferentes, amplias, acogedoras, en un ambiente romántico, discreto y lleno de comodidades y pequeños detalles, con una ubicación excelente en pleno centro de San Cristobal de las Casas y una excelente atención del personal, siempre amables y dispuestos a consertir a sus huéspedes con calidez y eficiencia. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para un fin de semana de cuento de hadas y angeles, en una ciudad bellísima.

My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel. It was very clean, and in a convenient location. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was very quiet, especially after the restaurant closed down. The restaurant served very good food and excellent coffee. We have been to San Cristobal several times, and we plan to stay at this hotel in the future.
