Los condos son bien ubicados en una zona tranquilla. Nosotros quedamos unos dias para cuidar una amiga en el hospital y esta a la vuelta. Hay un cafe super rico en frente donde puedes tener tu desayuno (prepagarlo con la reserva) y estas a 10 minutos caminando a un centro comercio, hay tacos super ricos cercita y en coche estas cerca de playa del carmen y todos sus amenidades.

We had a blip with check-in which was resolved thanks to the help of another amazingly kind traveller who connected us with Miguel, who quickly found a solution that worked for us. Before we checked out the next day, Miguel again went the second mile to help us communicate with another business in Spanish. Excellent customer service and Miguel is to be commended.

Literally the only con, is that shower water takes forever to get warm (not hot). Amazing staff, quite area, spacious rooms, very clean, and great condition. Breakfast and lunch just across the street, and a huge gym that a lot of locals attend. Work out park just down the road just past the small convenience store. Wifi is plentiful and fast. We had to extend our stay!

Check in and check out was easy. The room had two bedrooms (one king, and one queen beds), living area with a dinning table, and a kitchen with fridge. The AC worked properly and it nice to have WiFi. There is an underground parking for your car but also lots of street parking if you don’t feel like the extra hassle. Close to Sam’s Club, Some Walmart like store, and a shopping mall. Good location. Friendly staff. Price was similar to other regular rooms at other properties but for this one, you get the 2nd bedroom and extra space. Nice that they had an elevator.

Excelente sitio, muy bien ubicado si de viaje a la rivera Maya se trata, buena atención y muy cómodo. Supero nuestra expectativas y a buen precio. Solo un pequeño olor en los baños que molestaba eventualmemte.

Nos encantaron las habitaciones, la cocina, la sala, los baños, el estacionamiento aunque un poco pequeño es seguro. No nos gustó el tipo de jabones que manejan ya que no hacían nada de espuma por más que se tallaba.
