Overall, our twoweek vacation was wonderful. I was happy that we had reserved the privileged package. All of our breakfasts and lunches included dining at the wellloved eatery, and despite the limited menu, they are wonderfully accommodating to requests and alternative meals. The meals and service were excellent. Our majority of dinners were served in the restaurants, and each of them was lovely. We did try the buffet, and I am not sure if it was caused by curry or other factors, but we didnt find the food there to be particularly appealing and it lack the variety and consistency we had had on previous visits. My evaluation wouldnt have been too obliging if I had been restricted to eating there. The nightly entertainment was excellent. My only complaint is that they did one night of the childrens disney show by the pool. They did a fantastic job, but my issue was that the staff allowed several adults, in fact large groups of drunk people to pull up the pool chairs and overtake the pool deck to the point that the kids and families were all standing behind trying to catch glimpses of the show. I understand that it is difficult to measure the rudeness of the entitled individuals. Nonetheless, some effort was made. The sargassum seaweed is unfortunate this time of year. The beach was empty most of our visit, and the bay was crammed with it. We however were

The service and food provided by Ivan and the staff was wonderful. The feeling that they treated us fairly well. I genuinely like the kids' play. The chef's show was excellent and the meals were prepared perfectly.

We were in the Catalonian Riviera Maya with a party of at least 30 people. We visited infrequently, and this was by far the best. Our butlers were kind and always provided for us. They kept our rooms and our needs covered. I'm not sure why some reviews are less than stellar, however, our butlers were gracious and always there. Even pricing was excellent. I'm eager to return as soon as possible. Everyone could be served at this hotel. Children adored it, and there were numerous games and engaging activities for all ages. Personally, I believe that when a person gives poor reviews, it's usually because they didn't get their way or didn't read everything completely. This was once more a wonderful trip, a wonderful hotel, and a fantastic staff! In terms of the questions below, we didn't check in in the lobby, our butlers took us to their office, and we were taken care of there. Everything is in five stars. The rooms are both reasonably priced and luxurious. So there are no excuses for not making a reservation. They did an excellent job when we visited 42322 43022 for a wedding. After just two weeks, let's reflect on the positives and the negatives. Firstly, the positive things, the entire staff is extremely helpful and extremely courteous. The room maid service is excellent, and the cleaned, spotless mini-bar can be restocked if required. 1010 Gracias Cisma, the hotel complex is tastefully kept and incredibly attractive to the eye. The evening theater performances were excellent. The swim up bar pools appear nice, although a little small and busy, but we are not really pool-people, so we have no real opinions. The local Marina Dolphinmanatee, with numerous beautiful restaurants, bars with excellent dining, and evening entertainment, is a huge advantage because there is no all-inclusive. Behind the Pa Beach Club Hotel is also a lovely sandy beach. Snorkeling was fantastic there. Now, let's go over some drawbacks. Despite the fact that we have been upgraded to privileged, the rooms are somewhat worn out, to say the least. The two main drawback is that they are not as slippery as caution signs indicate. Because of the sand beach on day 13 of our vacation, I can honestly say that this is a non-swim zone. The only place that I could swim in was at the purest sandy beach, which was the only one I could identify with a dead-floating
