This was the perfect family vacation. The staff was really nice and was always offering help. Fabi and Fernando at front desk and guest services were so helpful and friendly. My daughter befriended many of the staff at the restaurant and they were extremely kind with her. The pool was fun and the entertainment staff; Berenice was extremely kind with our family. Will definitely come back to Dreams in Puerto Aventuras!!!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were nice. I hate that we didn’t get to swim in the water but the pool was nice.

Extremely friendly staff and amazing location. Be aware of brown seaweed during the months of May to September which can hinder your ability to full enjoy the ocean.

LOVED this resort. Traveled with my husband and two young kids and this was the most amazing resort and perfect for our family vacation. The staff were extremely friendly, kind and so helpful. They literally wait on you hand and foot here which made our trip even more relaxing for mom and dad. There’s so much to do, shows, dance parties, activities, things for the kids to do. The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Our room was stylish, modern and very clean. Highly recommend getting the preferred suite with the swim up pool, That was a game changer for nap time with our little one. We could hang outside at the pool and waitresses came right over with food and drinks for us. The restaurants were average, which is expected at an all-inclusive. Everything else , That was a game changer for nap time with our little one. We could hang outside at the pool and waitresses came right over with food and drinks for us. The restaurants we’re average, which is expected at an all-inclusive. Everything else was absolutely top-tier. Highly recommend this place 10 out of 10. Absolutely amazing experience. Love the fact the resort is within a larger gated community with other resorts and a cool little town that you can walk to with restaurants. Excursions. We swim with dolphins and found a secret cenote in the jungle! Highly recommend Renting a golf course and exploring. Property also had a beautiful gym, I felt very safe running outside the resort

My wife, 2 year old toddler, and I stayed at the resort for 4 nights. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and available at every request. Food and snacks were available all day long at every corner. The staff on the pool and the public areas create such a great and friendly atmosphere. Given the price we paid the stay could not have been any better. A big thank you to the dreams aventuras team for the work they are doing.

This is our third time at Akalki! I can’t say enough good things about this magical place. No other place in the world as beautiful, peaceful and healing! I’ve held retreats here and brought my family and love it so much!

Loved our return stay. Property constantly adding touches! Many prior stays and many to come. Great new faces and as always the tremendous staff who add so much to what already is a wonderful property and location. Can't be beat. We look forward to our return stay in the fall if not sooner. Really want to bring attention to Rodolfo, Hermelinda, Ronnie at the bell station, Rocita in houskeeping, Magaly at the beach, and of course Fernando and his fine leadership, The boys in the preferred lounge and Jazi, Adriana, Paulina and Karen the MOD as well as the wonderful Berenice and her wonderful activity program!!!!

Our stay at this all-inclusive resort was absolutely exceptional and exceeded every expectation. The food was outstanding, with every restaurant offering delicious, high-quality meals and a unique dining experience. The service was impeccable from start to finish. What truly made our vacation memorable was the incredible staff. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The resort itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and provided everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation experience.

El servicio y atención del personal es muy bueno, servicio de spa de parte de Nelsy y Julieta excelente, la comida del buffet muy buena y los de especialidad sorprenden. Al hotel ya le hace falta una remodelación. En general fue una buena experiencia
