The picnic areas have been improved. They have benches made of concrete with a tiny roof cover and a bbd grill. The picnic areas have benches with small roof cover and a bbd grill. The hiker said many families brought their meals and beverages to spend the day here. There are vendors inside that don't make you bother to buy their items. La cola de cabal is a landmark visit in Monterrey, so make sure you include it in your tour. On a new year's tour to Monterrey with the aid of the guides, which includes visits to the horsehair falls or the cola de cabal or horsehair waterfalls. The trail to the waterfall is the greatest improvement. We had to walk along slack gravel and stones the last time I was here. A twisted ankle was avoided on our slow walk. There is no longer! The road is smooth paved and made of flat stones. Since they provide a horse or cart ride to the waterfall, the road is divided for strollers and horseback riders. There is a steep but uphill road. It takes around 15 minutes to stroll to the waterfall. A zip line will bring you back down for $1 15 dollars.

The hotel is not up to date. Beautiful architecture in a great location close to the famous waterfall. The bellboy was extremely helpful a tall, skinny young man. Forgot his name. The cuisine is good. We were here for the first motorcycle rally in Monterrey. Numerous wealthy clients riding expensive bow motorcycles. When we checked into our room, there were no towels, soaps, shampoo, water, etc. we had to get the necessities. Okay, not a good start. The air conditioner is broken. In 80 degrees, sweaty americans are unable to sleep well. I brought it to the front desk's notice. They promise that they will fix it. I returned from dinner feeling tense and hot. Doors are open. Next day, complain to the front desk. Request the manager, he isn't there. Please contact him to move us. sorry, there is no room left. We will try to fix the air conditioner. We returned from the rally. The room was cool but warm again in the middle of the night. And no new towels or soaps. Ultimately, I will never return and will advise rally organizers to choose another location next year.

The hotel is located of 30 min. of the Monterrey City by the Nacional highway. The hotel has a natural enviroment with everything necessary for rest and ideal for families.
