We were really amazed by the way the rooms were decorated. The design was very tasteful and the bathroom was very well done. We enjoyed the terrace and pool on the roof. The hotel is perfectly located next to the lake and the falcon. The reception staff were polite but not very helpful. We never found the restaurant open, tried once for breakfast, once for coffee, and once for lunch.

The staff is helpful, but the room we got was dark and wet. Black hair was strewn about, and the bathroom was generally filthy. The location is excellent, right next to the falcon and overlooking the lake. There is a cool view from the rooftop terrace and a small pool. Nonetheless, it is very dirty, making it not very relaxing. They said they had wifi, but after many attempts, I was unable to use it in the room. Must use it at reception. Definitely won't remain there again. The hotel catemaco on the local is a better option.
