Poca privacidad muy ruidoso y focos que ilumina toda la noche hacia dentro de las habitaciones so es molesto poder descansar con luz y gente haciendo ruido las 24 horas Una empleada muy déspota en el turno de la mañana

Although we were only here for a couple of hours our room was okay I guess the TV didn't really have many channels the electricity went out twice our room had dirty walls. We overheard a conversation that staff wanted to charge the dirty towels and sheets don't know how true that was and we didn't want to find out. There was hot and cold water and the room did smell clean. So it was a 50/50.

Hotel en muy buena ubicación (enel corazón de Tijuana) muy amable muy buen servicio, todo muy limpio habitaciones elegantes facil acceso a la recepción. (Solo una recomendación no hay cillas se ocupa al menos una) pero todo excelente 100% recomendable.

El Hotel Plaza Hermosa esta bien hubicado, muy cerca del centro de Tiujuana y a solo 10 calles de la Basilica de Guadalupe. Coveniente y en un area muy tranquila.

The 'ole one night stander was first discovered here in tijuana by married American businessmen that were traveling abroad early in the 1940's sewing their oats elsewhere. The Plaza Hermosa Hotel is atypical of any downtown hotel in a large city. There's parking for days if you got a caravan. Otherwise the staff, and all the workers were extremely helpful and accommodating in every way. The only thing I did notice was severe burn marks on the blanket that was in the room and I had to show the maids. Really weird that they would even put that out for customers..but an uneventful 2 weeks in TJ at the Plaza Hermosa except for the Spider behind the little dresser next to the bed. I saw it thank God at the end.. MONSTER!I left it there and forgot to tell them..oh yeah...Cheetoes everywhere here if that's your thing
