Todos muy lindos!!! Tere excelente trato al llegar q recepcion. La habitación cómoda, todo muy limpio, la regadera del baño con suficiente presión y agua caliente. Yo pedí una habitación q tuviera una ventana a la calle pero si tienes el sueño sensible elige mejor otra ya q se oye mucho movimiento y las campanas de la catedral a todo lo q dan, sin embargo yo súper contenta en mi habitación. Agradezco el buen trato de todos los q me apoyaron durante mi estancia

El hotel en general tiene buena limpieza, la atención del personal es buena. Se ubica en una buena zona del centro de Puebla, con varias tiendas y restaurantes cerca, teniendo gran variedad de posibilidades. La habitación estaba cómoda, al igual que la cama, el agua sale casi inmediatamente caliente y la terraza tenía una vista muy bonita.

Siempre la atención es muy cordial, amables y muy atentos. Sin duda la ubicación es buenísima. En esta ocasión el único pero fue la regadera de una de las habitaciones 406, el resto sin problema.

H Santiago is located 1/2 block from the Zocalo and Cathedral. Plenty of shopping options and affordable eateries - some of the restaurants in this area are pricey. Staff are attentive and certainly keep the areas and room clean.
