I recommend this property. This location is in a beautiful and simple jungle roomhouse close to the nightlife on Tuum Beach. Great way to relax after long day out. This place has a calm and comfortable atmosphere.

It was a pleasant experience during my stay at the beginning tuum. The receptionist named Camila is a great angel who goes above and beyond for us. The room is always clean and has new towels, the bed is comfortable, and the room is spacious. The AC currently only runs in the evenings, but this appears to be the situation in many hotels on the strip since the storms, which was fine because we had a big fan to keep us cool. Check-in and check-out is always quick and easy, and it's directly across the street from the beach. I already gave it to many friends. It's very reasonably priced and close to everything.

The location is ideally located at the airport, across the street from the beach and near to shops, restaurants, etc., but the room has some issues. The shower has very salted water, which is something that is common for many hotels in the area. The drains have a bad odor most of the time. Our room lacks a bug net, so we got a lot of bites. The staff is kind and cleans the room every day with new towels. Breakfast is not included in the package, but the restaurant next door has a nice breakfast.

Origin is a modest boutique. It is a discreet and comfortable location to stay. A fan is available to use nightly, and there is air in the room during the set night to morning hours. It is conveniently located near everything in a great location. The staff is cordial, provides towels and drinking water, and gives recommendations when asked. Queria la leukemia is located directly across from this hippie location that serves delicious cuisine, drinks, and music. The rooms lack adequate lighting for us women, a drawback that didn't bother me. Ask for a ground-floor room. Personally, I enjoyed the floor's floor. Maybe even bring your own hairdryer, glad I did. It is important to keep in mind that this room is in the jungle, and that there will be occasional bugs, one night, I had a beetle. However, I have stayed at the more expensive Coco limited, hip hotel, and other accommodations, which also occasionally have occasional beetles and random insects, once more, it was the jungle I was glad there weren't any mosquitoes in the room!.

We had a great experience here. Beautiful boutique hotel that looks like an upscale treehouse. The decor was great, with a tropical roof, a clean room, a great size, it was close to the beach, a safe, and a friendly staff. The wifi and air conditioning both worked flawlessly and efficiently. We adore the hostess who greeted us at the front desk and served as our flight attendant. Having an early check-in and late check-out option because our flight was in the late afternoon, they were very helpful and accommodating. Queria La Leukemia, our favorite taco restaurant with free beach chairs and full beach access, is right across the street. Compared to other places, the price was affordable and the dog-friendly, which we enjoyed. Everything can be reached on foot at this hotel, which is located on a quieter side of the main strip. I heartily suggest it. We anticipate returning there.
