Rio Suites

All guests staying at Rio Suites will be subject to these regulations during their stay: • Rio Suites is not responsible for any personal items, documents, jewelry, money, etc., forgotten in the rooms or public areas. • The departure time will be at 11:00 am. If you wish to change the departure date, please notify reception staff and perform corresponding procedures at the front desk. • Any Damage caused to furniture and or decorations will be charged. • All guests occupying the room must register in advance at reception. • Rio Suites reserves the right of admission for any visitors in your room. • Animals are not allowed in the rooms, with the exception service pets. • Public areas and or rooms may not be altered. • Please do not remove towels from the rooms. • Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms and in the building. A $200 fine will apply. • All guests are responsible for respecting these regulations. In case of damage, you will pay the cost of its repair or replacement. • It is the obligation of the guest to keep their conversations in a moderate tone so as not to disturb the peace of the other guests. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.
