The people here were so so friendly and helpful, and the service was so hospitable. They make you feel like you're the greatest guest. The hotel has a wonderful location. surrounded by government and universities. I know exactly how special this experience is, and I'm really surprised. After that, the room was so lovely with no problem. Subsequently, the hotel's amenities were so impressive. Especially considering that I was staying on a business trip, I have no idea how they've treated us. Plus, they give you a warm welcome, with the added bonus that they treat you like a very precious friend. The hotel facilities are very cool, and they were always genuinely concerned about how good our day was. The employee was very kind, accommodating, and always made sure we got the best possible experience. I have no doubt that this is the best guest house I've ever stayed at in my life, and I will most definitely stay there again. Thank you so much!

We spent eight days at Joon Guesthouse in November 2019. The guesthouse is on the fourth level of an apartment building. There is no elevator, just 87 steps. The guesthouse is an apartment that has been converted into four guestrooms. The facility is a block north of the government palace, most tourist attractions, and a large number of outstanding eateries are within a 2 mile radius of the establishment. A positive factor is the price and location of the room. On the negative side, the guesthouse had to be cleaned, especially the bathroom, the garbage can wasnt empty once in eight days, the floors were dusting, and bed linen sheets and blankets needed to be cleaned. Pillows are required to be replaced. There are no towels provided. According to the joon guesthouse website, free highspeed internet is available, however, there was no service for 4 days. No problem, I can live without wifi. Room service and a refrigerator are mentioned as being available, but they are nonexistent. On November 26 th, in the late afternoon, I returned to the guesthouse and discovered that the electricity in the apartment had been turned off. The staff was contacted via phone and informed of the situation. no reply. No lanterns, candles, or flashlights are available. This continued for two days. Due to safety concerns I was partially blind and looking for a new hotel after two days in the dark

We stayed at Joins Guesthouse 2 times over a total of 8 days and felt very good and comfortable there. Turn is a very reliable and helpful man, he has many tips on how to explore this beautiful country. We have not tried his tours, but we met people who did and it seems very interesting and totally worth the price. I will surely see turn and his business partner one day, they belong to the best people we met in 1 month and 3 weeks in Mongolia! Cheers to all the friends.

I will admit it's the most fantastic place to stay. Within a two-mile radius were all attractions. Being a vegetarian in Mongolia, my diet was largely based on meat, which was challenging. However, the good news was that a veggie restaurant was close by. The guest house was clean, stocked with all of your needs, and the guests felt very at home. Many thanks, Baggy, Jessica.

I recommend this place. The manager was very helpful. The tour was very good with the proper arrangement of everything. The trip was amazing for me because it included both south central and northern mongolian.
