For my girlfriend's birthday, we spent two days in this read. The location is in the heart of Medina, small and beautiful, the terrace is so nice, and the staff is really amazing! When I told him about the birthday, he assisted me in finding two delicious little chocolate cakes with a candle and fruit juice without bubbles! To surprise my girlfriend. When we assumed the night was already perfect, he knocked on our door with.. A gift! What amazing people we met while at this read, we highly recommend it for the position, the comfort, and the people who work there. Thank you for making this a very special day.

The place is beautifully decorated as you enter. When you checked in, you are given Moroccan tea. The hallway and stairwell are also beautiful. Sadly, the card machine didn't work, and we had to walk to the cash machine. We came in the evening, so it wasn't a pleasant place to walk because I was newly arrived and being a blonde woman with blonde hair I tied myself to my partner like glue. Our rooms were basic. There was to and cable, but there was only one plug, making it useless. Really when we requested a multi-input extension cable, the lovely man didn't know what a plug was. We ended up finding one, and he authorized us to use it for the night. The toilet and shower left much to be desired, water pressure was terrible and water was slow. They need a maintenance worker to simply pop in and do many small odd tasks there. That would really make a big difference. There is really no privacy, and you can hear everything throughout the hotel. So this is really just a nice location to sleep with no interesting things. Breakfast could be improved greatly, and we were a little lost about whether we could request more toast. The warm atmosphere of the previous welcome was long gone, with this cold and silent lady pottering about. Overall visuals and good customer service for most of the place are what you can expect from this location.

The location is in the Medina region and the rooms and bathrooms are very cute, with perfect cleanliness. The rooftop terrace is also amazing. It is really a fantastic deal place. The only downside is that it didn't show up when we requested a taxi at 6.15 a. M. For the train station. It was fine as long as we didn't pay and went down the street and found another taxi, but it was a bit frustrating.

Our trip was so pleasant, we stayed in some pricey hotels, but this one was the best despite it being cheaper. The staff are so kind and helpful. The view from the terrace is beautiful. When we visited for our honey moon, they bought me a rose. There, nothing else in the hotel did so beautifully. There, we felt very secure and at ease.
