The hotel is under exterior renovation, but inside is spotless. Our room was quite spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located close to many shops and restaurants/bars. The busiest street is within walking distance distance. The nice shopping mall is also within walking distance. It has no parking, though. Staff can direct you to free night parking on the street.

Je m'attendais pas un service pareil et une chambre spacieuse la 114 ! Petit déjeuner comme celui que vous prenez dehors le fameux petit dej Marocain! Des serviettes propres des dames de services compétentes .eau chaude chauffage et vous dormez sur vos 2 oreilles. Gros point positif aussi vous etes au coeur du centre ville et vraiment tout est a cotés a pied inutile de prendre des taxis meme pour allez visiter le palais du roi 1km !! Ou centre commercial. Je connais tres bien la ville de Fès car je suis de cette ville et cette endroit est stratégique bon voyages!!

We stayed a week at the hotel and we had a great experience. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Room was large and the breakfast each morning was enough to feed an army. Area was great with everything you need. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back.

Good hotel in a great location in the newer part of Fes. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for the two nights I was there. I couldn't seem to warm the room up but I also didn’t ask anyone to help with it, which I’m sure they would have! I had to be out early for my flight and the manager brought me a coffee and some cake whilst I waited for the taxi which was really thoughtful.

This is the first time in my life I have seen a bathroom where the toilet had to be at an angle to fit. However we came here. The room was neat and tidy even though it was small. To wasn't functioning at all and the gap between the sink and the wall wasn't long before the channels went haywire. There is no lift, and I was on the top floor, so that was a pain. Breakfast was the only one on our tour that wasn't a buffet, so there was a limited selection. There is a carrefour about 10 minute walk away, so we can buy cheap drinks at reasonable rates, and the area around the hotel was a bit rough. But there is no fridge in the room.

I stayed here as part of a small group tour. The hotel room was spacious and modern, but the wifi wasn't working and the shower was always cold in our room. Also, it is forbidden to do laundry here because you are supposed to pay the receptionist to do it, but they charge very high rates for laundry. Otherwise, breakfast, service, location, all good.

During our frantic journey, we stayed here for two nights and were quite comfortable in our spotless, roomy, and roomy apartment with a living area adjacent. My only image of the room was a panorama, which I can't seem to upload here. Because there are no lifts, consider this if you don't want to climb steps. Breakfast was excellent, and the wifi was adequate. It was just prayers to be heard from our room, which faced the road. A nice spot to stay since there are many restaurants and small stores nearby.

The location of this hotel is in the contemporary part of Few and in a very secure location. There is a big mall with Carrera nearby. However, the medina is quite far, you have to take a taxi there, if you travel as a tourist, I would prefer a hotel near the medina. The bedroom is spacious and clean and the breakfast is ok.

The hotel is, really, a boutiqu hotel. I got a large room with a seating area..but that was about it. There is no kettle, bottled water or tea/coffee supplied ("Go to nearby coffe houses" I was told when I queried this). The morning staff member was a lot more pleasant :) Also,ifyou forget to hand your keys your room will not be cleaned. And, even if you do, only the towels were refreshed. I didn't not evidence of sheet refreshir even clean of desk :( Airconditioning was good. Hotwater may be less than hot if you are late after the moring crowd - 8am Breakfast OK...nothing fancy. Beware the place has no lifts so if you have a heavy bag it may be an issue..albeit the receptionist will offer help. Lastly, and this is my opion as a businessperson, I think allthe owner's money was spent on acquiring tbe place and, thus, skimping on the ongoing/running cost.

La chambre mériterait d'être rénovée, et malgré cela nettoyée car tout est sale, personnel accueillant, nous n'avons pas déjeuner sur place. Bruit des parties communes. Hotel située dans la ville nouvelle, proximité commerces. Je ne pense pas revenir dans cet hotel.

新市街にあるホテル。徒歩でも旧市街に行ける距離だが頻繁に行き来するならタクシーが必要。（旧市街までの途中にカルフールがあります）ＣＴＭバス乗り場から近いので今回利用。電車駅まではタクシーに乗りました。 部屋はシングルでも広くお湯も出たので特別不満はありませんでしたがロビーにハエがたくさん飛んでいたのだけがきになりました。 眠るだけなら問題無し。
