We booked a room at this hotel because the place is convenient because it is located in the downtown area but we got a small room. The service is bad. The WiFi is not working. The smells are bad and the remote doesn't work. When we asked for the room, the staff did not even respond.

It's good to stay at the hotel, and it's in a great location. The room's noise levels are the downside of being in the city centre. The employees at the hotel were very kind and honest. The only hotel in Morocco that accurately explained the city tax. One problem with the bed, it made noise every time I moved.

The hotel is central, 5 minutes walk to the medina. There is a small supermarket next door, an atm on the next road and a variety of restaurants. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly.

We recommend staying here if visiting Rat. As part of our tour, we stayed here for one night. We thought the motel was excellent, since it is younger, and the room was spotless and cozy. We remained in room 707, which had a lovely perspective of the streets below us. The mosque is very close to the motel, so it was wonderful to hear the call to prayer from the window. The bed and bathroom were both of a fair standard and spotless. The shower had good pressure and was pleasant and hot. The hotel is in a terrific location, close to many stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was excellent and offered a wide range of choices. The coffee was nice and hot. Looking out on the street, the breakfast is good and clean. Both the wifi and air conditioning were excellent.

I highly recommend it because all the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a good view of a large garden. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The hotel is close to the tramway station and the old market.
