Arrival to the property:
• The shared speedboat transfer departs Kawthaung Pier at 02:30 PM (GMT +6.5) sharp daily, and agents of the property will meet guests either at Kawthaung or Ranong Airports at 03:00 PM (GMT +7).
• Guests arriving from Kawthaung airport should ensure the flight arrives at Kawthaung airport by 02:00 PM.
Guests arriving from Ranong airport should ensure flight arrives at Ranong airport by 12:00 PM.
Guests arriving from Phuket (GMT +7) should note the overland transfer is 4 hours from Phuket to Ranong.
• Speedboat transfer is between 2.5 to 3 hours.
• Private transfer (an additional supplement) could be arranged separately.

Departure from the property:
•The shared speedboat transfer departs for Kawthaung Pier (GMT +6.5) at 08:30 AM sharp daily. Agents from the property will send guests to either Kawthaung or Ranong Airports (GMT +7).
• Guests departing from Kawthaung Airport should ensure flight departs at or after 01:00 PM.
Guests departing from Ranong airport should ensure flight departs Ranong airport at or after 03:00 PM
Guests departing from Phuket (GMT +7) should note the overland transfer is 4 hours from Ranong to Phuket.
• Speedboat transfer is between 2.5 to 3 hours.
• Private transfer (additional supplement) could be arranged separately.
Return shared speedboat transfer from/to Kawthaung / Ranong to Pila charge is waived for all stays of 03 consecutive nights and above. Additional USD 250 per adult and USD 125 per child is charged for all stays of 2 nights and below. Private transfer with additional supplements.
To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged by the property (surcharges may apply). The fee is payable directly at the property. Please inform the property of your arrival details upon completing the booking.
