If you're a photographer, the hotel entrance viewpoint was a good place to take a photo. Kala clock station, a significant one, and Kala train station were both nearby. Once at the hotel, a friendly remark from the receptionist was excellent for me. The hotel's drawback is that it is ineffective to provide hot water during showering. When you shower, don't be astonished, you'll be chilled to the core. I didn't realize that at first, and I assumed the heater was inoperable and called the front desk to ask for any. No personnel came to the room despite calling them two times. After I turned the knob to switch from hot to cold, I've become aware of it myself and know it when I switched to hot or cold. Rather, even after waiting for nearly minutes, the heating system didn't make the water hot enough. The entire family had to take a shower with cold water while the exterior temperature was only 16 degrees celsius, but it was still manageable. Daily breakfast was provided by the hotel and was decent. Overall, I would give a rating of above 3 but was only given a 3.

The service from the staff was very welcoming. The view in front of the hotel was very pleasant and we could see Kala Municipality from our balcony because the viewpoint was above the mountain. The room price is reasonable. I hope I can come back here.

The location is strategic. The staff is especially friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I stayed alone but got a twin room. I want to get a better room for my next stay.

This place has a calm and beautiful atmosphere. We stayed in a suite here, but we only have one room, so book yours in advance! All the employees make you feel like kings and queens! They are very kind and helpful. The masseuse is great. Excellent local and Asian food in the restaurant. I heartily endorse this location! The restaurant facing away from the hotel is shown in the picture in the first photo.

This hotel was very good as compared to other hotels we have gone to before, there are so many good reviews, such as the good service and very friendly staff. Just the water heater is the only one that can't get up to a certain temperature so it's hot water. Breakfast was also good.

I arrived this hotel on January 2026, and went to check into the hotel, but found that the hotel had been closed for a long time. This hotel is not operate anymore.
