When looking for a place to stay in Mandalay, after seeing the cheap price and high rating this place was a no-brainer. Considering the price, it absolutely deserves its high rating. For the price we got, this place was amazing, but there always pros and cons, which I will break down below: PROS 1. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious compared to hotel rooms in Tokyo, for example. 2. Good Breakfast. 3. Staff is very kind and helpful. They will help you with your planning and finding a place to eat etc. They have their own Tuk Tuk driver who will give you a cheaper price if you make a plan where he drives you around all day and returns to the hotel with you (if you are just going point A to point B, a Grab Tuk Tuk is cheaper, but if you go out for the day to see many sights like we did in Inwa, he will wait at each site and when you finish take you back for a cheaper rate than arranging all the transportation separately) CONS 1. The biggest problem is probably typical of all hotels in Myanmar, from our research, but the bathroom just has a shower head next to the toilet (we stayed in a “Standard Double”) so the the whole bathroom gets soaked when you take a shower. They provide bathroom slippers, and eventually we got used to it, though. 2. The street out front is very noisy— I would suggest you request a room that doesn’t overlook the Main Street if possible. 3. When they cleaned the room, they didn’t replace the toilet paper when it was almost out.

こちらのホテルに6泊しましたが大満足でした。朝食→2種類あるようで、交互に提供されているようです。麺類が2種類、ご飯系が2種類、スープヌードルが1種類。肉系、魚系も交互。パンは食べていないですが、トースト用の食パンが用意されています。私はパッタイのような米粉のヌードルがとても美味しく感じました。シャワー→温度は満足できましたが、日本のような微妙な設定はできません。途上国にはよくあることなので想定内ですが、急に熱くなったり冷たくなったり…水圧は少々物足りなく感じました。ちなみに、チェックイン前、チェックアウト後でも1Fのシャワーを貸してもらえるようです。スタッフ→レセプションは英語でのコミュニケーションに問題はありません。皆さんとても親切です。清掃→毎日ルームクリーニング、タオル交換してくれますので、とても心地よかったです。空港タクシー→シェアタクシーは午前中のみ利用可能。午後以降はタクシーで空港へ向かう事になります。16時まで15000k。17時以降は20000k(女性スタッフからの情報) しかし、当日、男性スタッフに確認したところ18時に予約し15000kで手配してくれましたので、男性スタッフに確認した方が確実かもしれません。今回は珍しく連泊しましたので、詳細を書いておきました。今後の方の参考になればと思います。

This hotel is our first choice for staying three nights. We were given a great tour by the staff for our trip and we were advised with good recommendations for the sights to discover and the roads to take. The environment is calm, and they provided fresh water and air conditioning.

We got a kit and a kit on the second day that cost 30000 kyat for the first day and 40000 kyat for the first day because the price is cheaper than the organized group tour we looked at. And then, the place was great, close to the main attraction, the pool, and the hotel. After that, the service was friendly. Subsequently, they even help us book a taxi and driver for 2 days. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the staff was very helpful.

The room was comfortable, and the facilities were good. The royal palace is close to the hotel and not far from local attractions such as the jade market. The breakfast buffet is very good with a variety of food choices available every morning as well as standard food and beverages.

This is a contemporary motel with room sizes in decent condition and a great location. The shower is powerful and the shower basin provides hot water, which is rarely a given in low-cost hotels. After the nice man at the door welcomes you and takes your bags, there is a cold drink. The room was tidy and had a spacious bed with a firm and wonderful mattress. The room also has a variety of lighting. Breakfast consisted of about six noodle, rice, and stir-fry dishes, as well as eggs, toast, and four or five fruits. There was also a wide variety of coffee and cakes and cookies. This hotel is reasonably priced but far below that in every other way. Last but not least, the personnel are completely and completely charming. Especially the lovely lady at the front desk misses air yin oo. The lack of natural light is my only, brief complaint because our room was right next to a different building.

We discovered this hotel on the way after having a difficult time staying there. Tired and not wanting to find another hotel, we decide to see it. We can finally say thank you, from parking to reception, showing around the room, and luggage assistance. Even if we didn't have 2 rooms on the same floor, we were happy to take because of the lovely staff. We enjoyed our stay with 2 minor issues, one of which is ac not cool that is fixed right away, but not very cool, and another is noise from outside and other rooms. Breakfast was varied and the staff was very helpful. We enjoy breakfast and feel very comfortable surrounded by great staff. Thank you Team for making our day great.

Nice clean hotel. Small cosy room with a/c. The room had no windows and was a bit noisy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was ok. We also had dinner and it was ok but expensive in comparison.

Staff is friendly and tries hard, but limited English language in the lobby and the restaurant. Has their own taxi service that can be overly priced. If they ask 50,000 kyats, they will take 10,000-15,000 Kyats. I would recommend to use GRAB App along with hotel taxi depending on your daily needs. They put me in a room on the 6th floor right below the Restaurant on the 7th floor. I can hear the Restaurant staff at early morning and night cleaning and banging around. Breakfast is nice and convenient, Rice, noodles, side dishes, fruit, toast, flavor is average. The hotel is very near the central rail station, so you will hear the train horn especially at night. Surrounding area has bars and certain nights, you will hear loud band music into approx 1-2am. Guest has the tendency to close theirs doors loudly and it will echoes in the hallways...my guess is They are Burmese or Chinese. Lot of hot water, room is fairly clean, and air conditioning works well. Other than loudness, the Hotel is Downtown and cheap. Spend more and research the surroundings hotels if you care about quietness, extra amenities, and Higher English comprehension staff.
