This place is recommended if you're on a tight budget. Excellent price. We were always welcomed warmly and made to feel at ease by the owner of this place. She also scheduled tours that seemed to be very affordable for the area. If you're traveling alone, you might feel safe.

The staff were very friendly, patient and responsive. From the moment I arrived, they paid a lot of attention to ensure I had a pleasant stay. They also helped contact my bus to Hansipaw and ensure that the bus was still on time when it was 30 minutes late. I had booked the bus elsewhere but they still helped me. Very friendly. Breakfast was also good, and they have a cool balcony. The laundry service was great. Can't recommend this place enough.

Overall, if you're accustomed to spending little, this is a great location. It's not too loud, but it's close to most things. The rest of the staff is pleasant, though, and the manager is a gorgeous woman. There is a boaticket marketplace for sale, but it costs more than at a local or smaller agency. The rooms are lovely and spotless. The restroom is lovely as well. While you may use their lovely hot water shower for around 5 to 8 minutes, you can use it properly. Free breakfast is an excellent laundry service at a reasonable cost bycicle rental 200 kyats, but it frequently fails to function adequately.

The price is worth it and the room is clean and spacious. The woman at the reception is very helpful and friendly. She helps us so much.

The owner is a lovely lady who will assist you in every way. The best service we have in Mayanmar which is hard because everyone is nice! The best breakfast I have included. Yes, the room is basic, but it's clean, has a big bathroom and a comfortable bed. Such a good place!.

Very nice, little place, stayed there twice. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Rooms are ok, nothing special,but also nothing to complain about.
