I had a great experience there. Everything was perfect. Fast check-in and check-out. Very kind employees at the desk. We didn't eat breakfast but it looks good with fresh eggs. good location, close to the railway and highway.

The atmosphere was so windy during my visit, there was also a bit of cold wind coming in from the window corners, so that was very annoying. The friendly and attentive staff also served a delicious meal. The room was so small but comfy, and it offered free water and coffee. The bathroom size was so small to even wash my face. The staff are so helpful.

The personnel is very kind and polite. The hotel has all you need for a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean and cozy and the food at the restaurant is excellent. And the measures for coronavirus are well organized.

The bathrooms are rather little, a ledge strangely above the sink, and it makes washing difficult. I don't have breakfast, so cannot comment. We reserved a single night here to attend a close-by silverdome event. We made the prior reservation to check in earlier because the event had begun early, and rp informed us that we could, which was incredibly useful. The entrance, which has a gate that can be opened by pressing the call button and opens automatically after you leave, is extremely secure. A very busy lady answered the phone and checked in guests when we arrived at the front desk. Our room number 44 was assigned to us. The building has noisy and squeaky doors, but it didn't affect our stay. Despite the fact that it is rather dated, the room was appropriate for our needs. Because they use plastic glasses and individually wrapped soaps, which is a major turnoff for me, hotels should have reusable items in their rooms. Why not even drinking glasses because they were made of china? Because there was a turtle image on the plastic glasses, reminding you that plastic may harm marine life.

Because we couldn't stay with friends or family due to the covidvirus, we needed a place to stay. The hotel is easy to find, has plenty of parking areas, and is close to a great shopping center, a lovely park, and a beautiful lake. The hotel is clean, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. There is a channel that explains all the amenities, including how to use the coffee machine! There is enough choice for breakfast and dinner at affordable prices.
